Horrible experience with this place. Signed up online, late at night, and spoke with a live representative on the phone afterwards. Rep told me I was now a patient, and able to seek EMERGENCY WALK IN CARE as stated on both their building and website.
Next morning at the location in Rincon, I was turned away for not being a previous patient. There was no option for walk in, or any sort of emergency service without setting an appointment for more than a month in advance. Even in serious pain I was turned away by their front desk clerk, and told that the office manager would call me to discuss the matter. Never got a call from the office manager.
Unhelpful place, terrible front desk. DONT LISTEN TO THEIR ADVERTISING. There isn't any option for emergency or walk in service. I do understand that I am a relatively new patient, however their late night answering service claimed I would be accepted at some point.
Side note, for some reason it was a half day at this location. Just because, no reasons stated of course. No weekends open at this location and extensive holiday/closure list. Dont expect good service.

I absolutely loved my experience here! It was my first time ever experiencing Aspen Dental and this location definitely gave me a great experience! All the staff members were so nice and friendly and the Doctor herself was so amazing! 10/10 recommended!

Hella quick in and out hooked me up with what was needed. Only issue was I was watching some Christmas show on the hallmark channel in October. To make it worse I was getting into it when the hygienist turned it off and put my X-rays on the screen.

Nice staff, clean offices & efficient care. The 1st visit does take some time to schedule, but follow up visits are quick & the staff takes care of all the insurance, let’s you know prices up front & gets you back in a timely manner. The staff is knowledgeable & takes the time to educate you on all the procedures & answer any questions you may have.

Wpuld give negative stars if I could! Spent $2,838 on partials to have them fit so poorly that the dentist filed them down to nothing that resembles teeth. Seeking a refund so that I can get to a dentist who knows what they are doing!

The staff was extremely friendly and displayed great professionalism when seeing my daughter. A clean and comfortable environment to be in. Every question asked was answered without any confusion. I am looking forward to moving my entire family to this office for any further dental needs

I went to aspen dental in September to get work done. I call them head to make sure that they accepted my Insurance which they replied with a yes. I get the work done almost 2000 dollar worth. They call me said they were having trouble with insurance so go into the office to talk them. Thought everything was fine. The next visit they tell me that have balance so pay it. Come to find out they gave me a provider that was out of network so now I am stuck paying the whole amount. I wouldn't recommend them for that reason. The other staff was good.

Husband was up for 2 nights in agonizing pain. Made one call to Aspen. Spoke to the most awesome person at call center who booked him that very day. Dentist had a flight to catch but chose to stay and do what she could to ease his pain. Thank you all so much ❤
