Omg, is all I can say about this Dental office. They are so very patient with you I love it. I went in as a walk-in and they took care of me as if it was no problem. I always have a hard time with the numbing of my gums, But boy oh boy did they get me right. I left with no pain, no problems. I absolutely love them....
They will now be my "NEW MOUTH CARE GROUP".

You will LOVE this office! I have never been at ease going to the dentist, but Diem and Dr. Chad took away all anxiety! They are efficient, easy going, and professional. So thankful to have found such exceptional care!

My husband is so against going to the dentist thanks to years of army dentists but Dr. Chad always puts him at ease and makes sure he's comfortable. We will always use Savannah Dental Solutions for all our families dental work in the future because they treat you like famil and do an awesome job.

This was the BEST dental experience that I have ever had! From the front office to Dr. Chad and Kysia I felt completely comfortable. Totally worth the drive from Bluffton. Diem was the most gentle and informative hygienist I have had and explained everything that she was doing. I will recommend this office to all of my friends and co-workers!!

Dr.Chad and his staff are absolutely great at what they do. Unlike a lot of Dentist that I have experienced, these guys truly work on figuring out the root of your problem. Most Dentist will go directly for crowns and root canals when there is still a possibility of saving the tooth because of the bigger payoff. It's so nice to have found an honest and caring Dentist. I would highly recommend Dr.Chad to any and everyone.

Out of all of the various Dentists and Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons I have dealt with, this was by far the best experience. Dr. Schnable was so nice, and understanding. The staff was beyond helpful with getting my insurance information figured out. All in all, a great experience.

Dr. Chad is the best dentist I’ve been to as an adult; tied with my childhood dentist back in my home state. He, as well as his staff, are truly in the business to help and serve, and deliver well on making you feel comfortable and at home. Nothing but immediate smiles upon eye contact. My wife and I have both been going to him for a couple years now and it’s always a pleasant experience. We were originally referred to him by a friend we met upon moving to Savannah from out of state. There are dentists much closer to us, half the distance he is from our home, but I will make the 45+ min drive without question. At 34 years old, I received my very first root canal a few months ago and now my 2nd one today (should have taken care of my teeth a little better). Both times I walked in almost in tears from pain, and upon noticing my obvious discomfort, they immediately brought me back and got the numbing agents working. Kinda makes you feel like family to get the kind of care and compassion they deliver. Upon my wife getting home from work yesterday to find me laying on my side moaning loudly from pain, she called their office well after they closed hoping to somehow get ahold of them to find out what she could do until I made it in today. Not only did someone answer, they contacted Dr. Chad who within 2 minutes called us from his personal cell phone while he was walking into a conference at his child’s school to give help/advice to get me thru the night. Pretty awesome. The office is always very clean and the obviously well trained staff makes the place run like a well oiled machine. Never have we ever felt rushed, or a nuciance, or just another bill ready to be collected. You get the feeling that it’s a very Christian office, which I like. Another thing I’ve noticed is the staff all seem to really enjoy their jobs there; not once have I, nor my wife, heard anyone complaining, griping, etc. This is a biggie for me, as I really can’t stand being in any kind of business and hear staff complaining to one another about the job, problems at home, other coworkers... it just doesn’t happen there. We will continue to make the long drive from home because it’s worth every extra second.

Terrific team. Highly recommend. This dentist goes out of their way to make their customers comfortable. I've never been to a dentist that I did not dread the event until I found Savanah Dental Solutions.

Particularly what I like is getting the full picture of what's going on in your mouth and thinking of solutions instead of just the quick fix.
I am now bringing my son in for Invisalign treatment, very reasonable choice for some kids. I am optimistic he will have a positive experience with Dr Chad.
