WAS a long time customer. The original doctor shaved down a tooth in the back and placed a cap over it because “it was needed”. Later to find out this man did the same thing to multiple people and randomly left probably to another location to experiment on others. The dentist only refunded the money back while I have to live with what was done to me. The cap causes me pain to eat when eating anything cold and still bleeds when flossing.
The new doctor that took his place did some minor surgery on me for a cavity. She was too busy talking about her issues with another doctor and almost gave me the novocaine on the wrong side of my jaw until I spoke up. They are not professional.
Go anywhere else.

This is the best dentist office in snellville. Dr. Do is the best dentist, l hate going to the dentist but l like going to dentist now cause he makes his patients very comfortable. Ty is the best, when l call she assets me with everything. If anyone is looking for a dentist in the snellville area then YOUR SMILE FAMILY DENTISTRY is the place for you.

Dr Brown is awesome! I love this dentist office. I am very shy to pain and very nervous about dentistry in general but everyone was so nice and so kind. They called in my prescription for me so I didn't have to wait at the pharmacy.

The administrative staff have no clue about anything. I had an 11:30 am appointment, got to the office on time only to be informed that I never called to confirm my appointment. They never called me or sent the automated message to notify me that i had to confirm my appointment. It was just a waste of my time. Also during my first visit at the office, i was billed for a service that wasn't provided .
