Complete Smile Dentistry

I have been going here for a couple of years and chose this dentistry because I could schedule an appointment on Saturday's and from their reviews. To my surprise, I was told I would need to pay a portion of my dental cleaning due to the fact that I had new insurance and since it was Saturday they were unable to verify if my dental insurance was "good". Really???!!!!!!

My appointment was booked 6 months ago and if they needed to very my insurance they should have asked when they called to remind me about my appointment a few weeks back.

To top that they called me back to say they would try to call and verify my insurance and when they were not able to do that they told me I would have to reschedule.

No thank you Complete Smile Dentistry. There are other dentist in the area who I can make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. You don't have to worry about me coming back.

I had veneers for my front teeth done with Dr. Yi. It's been finished beautifully, and I've used it for ten years without any problem. She is great and friendly dentist. All other staffs here are very professional, fast, and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Yi.

Dr. Yi is an excellent dentist. She explained everything VERY throughly and kept asking if I had any questions. They even took the time to explain exactly how much my insurance will cover and how much would come out of my own pocket. Highly recommended.

Dr Katherine Yi is truly AWESOME! I've been to many dentists while living in Atlanta for over 25 years and by far Dr Katherine Yi is the absolute best. I've followed her to 3 different office/practice moves. Yes- she's just that great and worth it! She's great at what she does and is extremely kind, personable, thorough, and a perfectionist with her masterpiece- your teeth! What I'm about to say may come off as an oxymoron but she truly made every dentist visit as enjoyable and pleasant that any dentist visit can be. It's known that everyone dreads a trip to the dentist; however, Dr Yi and her staff completely debunks that. She always makes every procedure as painless as it's possible. She runs a high integrity practice. I've been to other dental offices in Atlanta where I was told to drop an arm and a leg for dental work I did not even need. There was one incident where I wanted to try out a new dentist since Dr Katherine moved and this location is closer to my home. I was told by this other dentist that I needed to get root canal, crown, etc. I also got charged with other outlandish fees. I made the trek to Suwanee/Sugarloaf just to come to Dr Katherine Yi's practice after that incident and turned out all I needed was a filling. Also, I had a $10 credit and she made sure I received it towards my recent visit. You always leave each visit with a "goody bag" filled with a new toothbrush, miniature toothpaste, and floss. Always something that I can easily use while I'm on the go or after a meal while I'm at work. Angela the Coordinator is always pleasant, patient, and helpful as well. She always greets you with a smile. It's been almost 3 years that I reunited with Dr Katherine at Complete Smiles and I make the trek from my office near Perimeter Mall to her dental office. She's worth going the extra mile or two for. I highly recommend. You will not regret!! Another huge plus is that they are very accommodating with your schedule and will fit you in very easily and quickly. 5+ Stars to Dr. Katherine Kim and her staff at Complete Smiles!

Dr. Yi is the best dentist I have seen in so many years; being with so many different dentists, some good and some so so, I will take my whole family to be treated with her and I will recommend to my friends to go see her. They will be very pleased with the services. Thanks Dr. Yi!

Schedule an appointment and called twice their answer machine trying to make an appointment with them for the first time; they never ever contacted me back!.
Contacted them again after 4 weeks and finally I spoke with "Angela". Made an appointment again but unfortunately I missed that day; Tried to reschedule and they denied it!!! staying that they do not have any for the next 2 Saturdays. Those people are not professionals with any ethics, this is discrimination!!!.

Complete Smile Dental is great. I highly recommend Complete Smile Dental. My procedure was wonderful, and the Doctor and her staff made me feel welcome. This is the place to go for dental work. Kudos.

Dr. Yi is amazing! She does a fantastic job. I am very happy with her services and pricing. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
