6/22/2021 Updating my review as I just recently had a teeth whitening treatment at Boise Dental Arts. The thing that I like the very most is that my teeth are brighter and have lost their dinginess! This is the first cosmetic work I have ever had done on my teeth and I am very pleased with it! Although it could be different for others, I had no sensitivity with either my teeth or gums after the treatment. The staff was great! They were friendly, warm and helpful. Dr Brown sent me off with some trays and gel to continue lightening at home. If you have stains, or your teeth have lost their luster and you’d like to brighten them up, consider having a treatment at Boise Dental Arts!!

Dr Brown has been most helpful in providing a second opinion to some dental concerns I was facing. His willingness to consult with me was valuable and appreciated. His new office has been put together with a lot of thought and effort to provide a comfortable experience for his patients!

We love Dr. Brown and his entire staff. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Genuinely taking the time to see how you are. Dr. Brown is great with my kids. They actually enjoy going to see him (and the comfort menu doesn’t hurt). Very clean and inviting atmosphere. I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful every visit to Boise Dental Arts has been.

I have super sensitive teeth. My last dental experience was so bad that I avoided dentists for years. While talking to Dr. Brown during my children’s appointments, I described my fears and felt confident enough to schedule an appointment. I went in today and had not only a great experience, but it was 100% pain free!!! I was impressed with Dr. Brown’s attention to details and to making sure that I felt no pain at all! I am actually excited to go back! The staff is great. It really was a new and inspiring way to approach dentistry. 🙌

The receptionist was extremely Sweet and professional the atmosphere there is beautiful comfortable warming inviting. The dentist himself good personality very professional Hey and just as nice as one person can be. The place is clean and welcoming. Great job guys thanks Rochelle

Had an emergency extraction needed on an abscess ridden tooth. They were amazing on how fast they were able to see me and honest on the pricing. Originally it was going to cost $400 but since the doctor was able to get it out fast and easy I only paid $300. I felt taken care of and not rushed I'm usually really nervous but this time i wasn't... I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone who needs an emergency dental procedure

Totally biased here, but this is our favorite dentist ever!! We LOVE Dr. Brown! My kids always have a great experience here! The entire staff is awesome. Madison always does an awesome job and I leave with my teeth feeling so clean! I love the comfort menu and the overall warm atmosphere of the office. I’ve had some negative experiences at the dentist years ago and Dr. Brown is so gentle and really puts me at ease. We love Boise Dental Arts and are so happy to have our forever dental home!

Love Dr. Brown and all his staff. Always so friendly and nice. Always making sure I am ok thru whatever procedure I am having. Recommend 100% to anyone looking for a great dental office with excellent care.

I went to for a dental cleaning. The receptionist and hygienist were very friendly. The hygienist cleaned, flosssed, and took exray’s in a about a half hour. She was nice and concerned about my comfort. She constantly rinsed and suctioned my mouth.
Dr Brown was very professional in talking about my results. He kept asking if I had any questions. He double checked my mouth and complimented me on the condition of my mouth. I will definitely go back to Boise Dental’s Art’s.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. Helped with everything I needed including scheduling and appointment to see another doctor.

Dr brown is a great dr. I went there with somethings specific I wanted to have done he explained the entire process and gave me other options. But what I liked. although he gave me other options and told me the honest to god truth that I didn’t really need the procedure and he could save me money by doing it other ways. He still gave me the option. I love that. When I get my mind made up that’s about it. He had me set an appointment with a facial surgeon and he offered to meet me there at the appointment so he could be present. Which of course I was grateful I really really like this place and the people in it. I can’t wait for my new smile. I’ve already told few people how great my experience Was and I’ll definitely tell more.

I’m terrified of needles , they numbed me first before using any needles! Best Dentist I have ever had and I’m 62 Teresa old now! They made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing, I had 2 teeth pulled! He also believes in keeping as many teeth as possible! My next procedure is on the 19th getting a root canal to save my tooth!
His staff is wonderful also, will recommend him to all my friends! 👍
