I switched dentists and I'm glad I found Dentists of Boise. It had been a few years since I had been into the dentist and they made me feel comfortable! I had issues with a filling I had done that was causing me a lot of pain.. I called the office and they were able to get me in the day I called and fixed the issue immediately!!

The place is trash, the doctor didn’t even tell me what’s is going on with my teeth, all he was talking about is money and the whole stuff all they talked about is money I went there and I still don’t know what’s is wrong with my teeth the only thing I know is how much it cost

Terrible. Went in for a cleaning and was made to wait for almost an hour before they would clean my teeth because the dentist insisted that I needed a root canal and a bunch of cavities filled and wanted me to schedule that and commit to a huge payment plan before she would clean my teeth. I wouldn’t schedule and when she finally cleaned my teeth, she was rough and kept hurting me. When polishing my teeth she used it on full blast so it burned my teeth. She didn’t use floss and made me feel like I wasn’t taking care of my teeth. I left mad and told them I wasn’t rescheduling for anything and they put me on the schedule anyway without my consent. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I went to another dentist and was told I have one cavity that needs a filling. I don’t need a root canal or the numerous fillings she claimed I did. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The entire staff is great and the doctor is very professional. They use a ton of state of the art equipment so it isn’t like previous dental experiences I’ve had in the past at other offices. Definitely recommend

Negligence, shoddy work and no respect for your time.
My first appointment was for a cleaning, x-ray and the fixing of a chipped tooth. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment at 2:30 and ended up sitting there for 45 minutes before venturing into the place to find the dentist and assistant telling me they were on a skeleton crew that day and they would be with me shortly. After doing all the things for the appointment that day, I left at 5:15, three hours after arriving. By the way, the chipped tooth the dentist took care of that day ended up chipping again over a week later due to haphazard and fast work because it way 5 and on Friday.
The second appointment was for three fillings and I got there at 1:25, which was five minutes before my appointment. I waited until 2:00 before being called back. After the dentist gave me a numbing shot, he said he would be back in a few minutes. By the time 2:55 came around and he has not started the work; his assistant came in to check on me and I said, I have another appointment at 4; I’ve been here for an hour and a half for three fillings at this point the dentist came in and started on the work. He finished the work at about four and I was on my way to an appointment across town.
Before leaving I asked to for the office manager to email me my receipt and my X-rays because the several thousands of dollars of work that I will have done will be done by another dentist.
A week goes by and instill have not had my last request met, I cal the office and was told the office manager is out and a note with my request will be left.
If you decide to get dental work done here, good luck. Pay too dollar and for bottom dollar service and work. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
