Charged me hidden fees without my consent and lied to my face that my insurance was in-network and would pay for things when they wouldn't. Harassed and threatened me for months. Scheduled me appointments without my consent and charged me no-show fees for them. Overall a very negative dentistry experience. I hope that nobody else gets tricked and falls into the Lake Harbor dental trap like I did.

I've always had good teeth but as I got older, some of the them began to wear down unevenly. I thought even touch-up cosmetic dentistry would be expensive and complex. In 45 minutes, Dr. Ballou made my smile as good as it looked 25 years ago and the fee was very reasonable. I should have done it sooner! I am not only an employee at Lake Harbor Dental, I am also a very satisfied patient! Both Dr. Peterson and Dr. Ballou have replaced older crowns using their Cerec cad/cam system. Dr. Peterson took out my youngest sons 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) under IV sedation. This was refreshing as my older children were referred out to specialists for this by previous dentists. Also Dr. Ballou did Invisalign on me and I am thrilled with the result. Great skill and excellent patient care !!!!

I broke a tooth during a summer internship and they were able to get me in the next day to fix it (it was a root canal so I wasn't in pain). When I came back up I made an appointment with them. They were able to fix my mouth which had fallen to decay from going to University and not being able to afford going to the dentist. I haven't smiled so much in years, but thanks to Dr. Ballou and his staff, I can be confident again.
