Riverstone Dental Care

Riverton Dental office was so very nice and so helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing them again. I give them the full 5 star.

I was able to get in the same day for a new patient emergency! Everyone was professional and welcoming. The office is beautiful and very clean. I was at ease, even though I have a fear of the dentist. My procedure was done somewhat painlessly and all accommodations for comfort were made. I was very happy and impresses with the service I will be continuing my care through Riverstone Dental and will recommend them to anyone!

I am going to give this 2 stars for the way they went about my appointment, thought I would give Dr. Dryden 5 stars.

I found Riverstone through google because their website says they accept same day emergency appointments. I asked many questions over the phone including would they require me to get X Rays when I am 31 weeks pregnant and I was promised they were not. I was able to get in same day.

Fast forward to my appointment: What you are not told, is that it is NOT a same day appointment to fix your emergency, just to do an exam... WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT? I left work, took time out of my day to drive all the way there to then be told I HAD to do X Rays or they would not treat me, AND after examining the problem that I had to schedule an appointment to fix it, and further waste my unpaid time away from work and arrange near impossible care for my toddler to do so. Dr. Tanner did not have a very good bedside manner. He was pretty abrupt and matter of fact. They hygienist started that way too but got better as the appointment went on. Dr. Dryden stepped in and offered to take over to help fix my tooth since Dr. Tanner refused, making it so I didn't have to come back, but this was after a lot of wasted time arguing that both their website and recaptioning bait and switch and do not tell you at all that it is just an exam and they wont fix your emergency same day. They really need to sort that out or not advertise that way. I felt completely lied to, both about the X Ray part, and the scheduling part.

Considering I am newer to the area and do not have established care here, I don't think that this is the dental office I will choose for further appointments for me or my family based on the experience that I had, but I do give Dr. Dryden a 5 star review because he was kind and had a wonderful bedside manner and made things okay in the end and I truly appreciated his willingness to help me.

Highly recommend. Simply the best! Only dentist office that I have too and have never been disappointed. The staff is phenomenal! Feels like family.

Recently moved to the area and came across Riverstone Dental Care during a google search while trying to find a new dentist. Very happy I went with Riverstone Dental. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My experience as a whole was great! Highly recommend!

Excellent staff ! I have dreaded dentist apt for years and this was by far my best experience yet. Everyone was super friendly, and receptive to my concerns and took the time to identify the source of the discomfort I was having with my teeth. I’m glad to say I already have my follow up scheduled to take care of the problem and couldn’t be more confident. The happiest and most professional experience I could have asked for.

I was really nervous about seeing a new dentist because I had been going to my old one for years. The second I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and was reassured about everything. I was given a facility walk through and I met my dentist before I even sat in the chair. My hygienist was amazing and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I had by far one of the best dental experiences ever and I will definitely be going back. The office was very clean and the employees were super nice. Thank you Riverstone Dental for making my dental experience a great one!

Riverstone Dental Care provided an excellent first experience. They took the time to explain every procedure they were doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, they were very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. Everybody was professional and had a naturally lovely personality. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

This was a great experience! Office environment was very soothing and all staff friendly and very productive. I don't usually post essays about dental but it was very comforting.

Best dentist ever!!! I had a horribly painful tooth. Riverstone was able to see me immediately as a new patient. The staff is incredible. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Nurse Jeanie is truly the epitome of what a nurse should be! My new dentist Dr. Snow genuinely cares for his patients and is a very skilled practitioner. Even if I move to another town, I will definitely be Dr. Snow's patient for life!
