I want to share a very positive experience I had recently at IF Smiles. One of my crowns (received years earlier from my previous dentist) partially chipped off, on the inward facing side of the tooth. The crown seemed functional, but the damage was worry-some. I contacted IF Smiles and was given an appointment a few days later. Dr. Frandsen looked at the crown and suggested that repairing the tooth with filling material might resolve the problem. He mentioned that a full crown replacement would be quite expensive. I decided to do the repair and then watch and see how it holds-up. I am very appreciative of Dr. Frandsen's concern about cost and suggesting that we try repairing the tooth. I was in and out of the Office in 15-20 minutes. My previous experience with dentists seemed to always default to expensive dental work options. Dr. Frandsen and support staff are really great both professionally and personally. I highly recommend this Dental Office.

[UPDATE] I went yesterday for my second visit. A panoramic xray revealed something odd (won't go into that) on my jawbone. This morning the doctor called me personally to say he had spent time researching it and explained what it was. These guys really care and go the extra mile to take care of their clients! *** Great experience with these guys! They were very knowledgeable and thorough, and personable. They made me feel very welcome, and took time to answer my questions, never made me feel rushed. It was my first visit, and they earned a long-term client.

I don’t write reviews unless services are really terrible or really great, and this was really great. The office is clean, doctors are skillful and spend time with patients, dental assistants are helpful and listen, everything was great. We came with special health considerations and they went beyond our expectations to meet those needs, and made it seem like no big deal. For those who have COVID concerns, they have a special air filtration system. Ten thumbs up.
