I have never been so disappointed in my life. Especially after trusting someone to take over as my dentist. If you are into pain, he's your guy. Office staff was nice. If you have any anxieties about the dentist.. skip this office..

I've been a patient at Oxford Dental Care for many, many years. The quality of care has always been excellent and continues to be with the new owner Dr. Drew. He and his staff are knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

I would recommend Oxford Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist with a friendly down to earth staff. They are always flexible with your schedule and try to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Bitter and his staff are second to none, very courteous, professional and best of all reasonably priced. I have been very pleased with the work Dr. Bitter has done in the past and will continue going there in the future.

Every time we go in we are always greeted with a warm hello. The whole team is amazing. When you are all done you are given a warm towel to wipe your face off. It's like leaving a spa for your mouth. My kids love going to the dentist because of this great crew. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

They got me in super fast and they took the time to listen to my problem and to explain the best way to fix it. The staff was very friendly, understanding and helped to ease my nervousness. After not seeing a dentist for over fifteen years, this was a great place to get back into the dentist's chair! I highly recommend.

Been going to Oxford Dental for 14 years. When Dr. Bitter took over after Dr. Pearson retired, we were still in great hands. I was planning on quitting my job, so I went in to see if I needed any work done before I lost my dental insurance in the following 30 days. Dr. Bitter found 2 fillings I definitely needed, and I waited till now to get a new crown on a nasty, old, lonely back molar that was full of cracks. Dr. Bitter squeezed me right in 3 days later, completing the fillings and starting the new crown work. Billed to my insurance that same day, I didn't have to worry about not being covered. Very friendly people work there, and Dr. Bitter does great work! And for the person who commented about the pain he had when he went there......ask for more novocaine.

I was very impressed with Dr. Drew and his staff. I felt he took the time to help and answer any questions or concerns I had. They worked out an affordable payment plan for me which has been very helpful. I will definitely continue going to Oxford Dental

I was very Pleased with Dr. Bitter. I was very nervous when I was scheduled for a 2 hour visit to get a crown put on. He was very reassuring that I would be ok. He encouraged me and kept telling me I was doing great. It helped with the anxiety that I had because I wasn't sure I would be able to do it. The time actually flew by because I was able to relax as much as any one could with that procedure. He was very reasonable with his pricing and even had a killer deal on his whitening trays. $165 for both top and bottom. The cheapest I have heard of is 400. SO I am a happy camper! Thanks Dr. Andrew Bitter!!
