Very nice staff! Immediately gave me some pain meds for my tooth until I get a root canal. They make you feel so welcome :)

I loved the experience! They are so kind and give a lot of information. It’s been awhile since my last dental visit and they made me feel comfortable. Both front and back staff were amazing definitely coming back and recommend!

If you want to be treated like your time isn’t worth anything go ahead and get established here. I showed up for my apt only to find they’d gave it away -even though they had sent a confirmation of the apt. I’ve never missed an apt before- no bad patient history here. Not only did they give my apt, scheduled in advanced, away they didn’t bother to let me know they’d given it away so I got a sitter and showed up early. If there was less than one star they’d have gotten that. Never going back and will spread the word about how they treat their customers. If they have a ridiculous policy like this they should make sure their customers know.

I'm with Melissa Stringer-Blackwell ( she posted a review for the same reason I did. My time is valuable. I took a friend in on a Saturday for an emergency post repair. While he was being seen, I asked how much s cleaning was. Quoted 92.00, very fair. I was told that I needed an exam before they could clean, o.k, not a problem ,and they said no charge for the exam. I made an appointment for 7:30 the following Tuesday.
For 90 minutes they examined my teeth, and told me they couldn't clean until I addressed my periodontal disease. I'm 60, and at my age there my be some receding gums, but my teeth are excellent. If I agreed to their 2,000.00 treatment program, I could get my teeth cleaned for 92.00.
This establishment practices sales of unnecessary dental services to unsuspecting clients, mostly to bill insurance companies. I'm not saying they aren't capable or pleasant employees, but their primary goal is to make as much money as possible, client needs are secondary in my opinion. This practice is quite common with newer franchises in the treasure Valley.
I did not opt for their services.

I cant say enough how much i appreciate the folks at Aspen Dental...broke a tooth sunday night and monday morning i called around to find a dentist who would get me in to take care of it and they got me in asap and removed the tooth and i am in no pain at all and after i heal im def. goin back so we can get a game plan for a new tooth and start working on having me a better smile.. the folks were very professional and i dont know exactly what i was given but the novicain never worked on me but the stuff they used was awsome i didnt feel anything...Thank you Aspen Dental again for all you did.

Disappointed. I had high hopes after my wife went in and had a good experience. All of mine have been unpleasant. From waiting for an hour to get a $14000 estimate for my dental care, to my next appointment they forgot to give me numbing meds before they tried to pull my tooth. Then my third appointment was canceled the day before without notice because they couldn't handle it.

Staff was very professional and created a very friendly environment. Went in for a broken tooth that had exposed the nerve and had become very painful. Upon seeing the dentist another issue was discovered and the dentist proceeded to fix that issue also. Procedure was extremely fast and was able to correct both issues without it costing me an arm and a leg. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them in cases of emergency or even routine work. Thank you Aspen Dental for getting me in quickly while I was in extreme pain.

Gotta say I'm disappointed. We paid $4000 for my dentures over 5 years ago. We bought top of the line, with lifetime guarantee. Thankfully I've only had to go in once for re-fitting, but now an incisor has popped out. Today is Thursday. The website says you're open. Reviews say same day service, but I'm being told that no one can help me until Monday. Today is my only day off during the week. So even if I meet your staff at 7:30am on Monday, I still have to get through 3-1/2 days without a front incisor!! Thankfully no one will think it's strange for me to wear a mask right now! $4000 should buy more than a 3 day wait for service. Apparently if I'd broken the denture 5 hours ago, they could have helped me today... Go figure

After spending a significant amount of time researching and reading reviews, I choose Aspen Dental for some extensive dental work after many years of going without professional dental care. I am very glad I did. I could not be happier and more comfortable with Dr. Summers as my dentist. All of the staff has been responsive, friendly, and most importantly to me... very skilled and professional. They have all made my experience much better than I could have hoped for, and I am so relieved that I chose to go to Aspen. Thank you for making me want to smile again!
