Great experience with Bearable Denistry…my dad was a dentist and my own personal dentist for a better part of my life so I think I’m a pretty harsh judge of my dental experiences. I’m new to Dr. Sept and just had my first appt with him to fix an old filling that’d chipped. He repaired it, and then redid it (before I even felt/saw it) while I was there because he wasn’t happy with some of the contacts. The numbing process was lovely and pain free for the most part😊

Bearable Dentistry in Moscow, ID is great! I have never had a bad experience here, and they have been my dentists since 2014. The Doctors are all friendly and my hygienist, Terryn is Amazing! I’ve had a couple of wisdom teeth extracted here too, and they don’t lie when say say painless; never felt a thing! Keep up the great work!

Do not go here. Went to have an implant put in and a tooth extracted. I had the worst experience of my life going here. I'll never go to another dentist in my life. Not only did the dentist send me into a full blown panic attack in the chair but he was sooooooooooo rough. Also I got dry socket and then they didn't want to do any pain management. Also they never called me after the extraction to check on me. I had to call them two days later and tell them I thought I had dry socket and needed to come back in to be checked out. Through all of this I felt like I was violated and then had a panic attack, which I've never had before and felt like I was dying, and then they just didn't care about any of this unpleasant experience for me at all. All they wanted was for me to leave and not to come back. I'll never go here again and I'll tell everyone I know to not go here. I just don't understand how dentist think that they can be so rough and that there isn't a person attached to these nerves and bones that they're banging and smashing on. Terrible terrible terrible. If I could give you zero stars I would.

I have been to MANY of the area’s dental practices, and Bearable is the absolute best practice on the Palouse, in my opinion. I started at Bearable when we first moved to Moscow 10 years ago and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. 4 years later, we moved to Colfax, about 40 minutes away in Washington, and I began looking for a closer dentist. After trying one practice in Pullman who INSISTED that I NEEDED a crown on a tooth that very clearly didn’t need one (verified by 2 different dentists), and tried to sell me over $300 worth of things I didn’t need, I decided to try a Colfax practice. I had several very bad experiences in that office, which gave me dental anxiety. Very long story short, I decided to go back to Bearable and have not regretted it one bit. The care I’ve received, the friendly staff, knowledgeable hygienists, and the personable dentists make the drive worth it every time.
