Excellent care. Very professional staff. Had 3 crowns installed. Was expecting pain and a lot of discomfort. What I received was. Little pain and I was extremely comfortable. The care I received was the best I ever had at a dentist office. No more fear of a dentist.

I never thought I'd say that I really enjoyed a visit to the dentist, but that's what happened today! Everyone on staff, and Dr. Hansen too, are genuine, efficient, committed to great care and customer service. Today was a routine check-up and cleaning. A frustration with visiting other dentists and MD’s is the wait. I just get frustrated sitting and waiting. That has never happened to me in numerous visits to the Palouse View Dental office. The front desk staff is always welcoming and smiley. My hygienist doesn’t hurt me. I’m a baby about my mouth. She is great. Dr, Hansen also has a gentle touch. He has done a lot of work on my mouth. He is superb. Finally, since my visit six months ago, the office is completely remodeled and like new. The chairs and instruments are like space age to me—very cool. I can hardly wait until my next checkup.
