We have been going here since it was run by Snow. Since the change in ownership, things have not been same. The atmosphere is all about making maximum profit and doctors don't care about patients' needs at all. Every appointment is delayed and every bill has mistakes (sometimes small and sometimes quite big). We have been just misquoted on my kid's procedure and now we are out of extra $300. We will be changing our dentist.

Josh Pak - it's surprising you had that experience. I've had nothing but great service, and they were always very upfront with me on costs. In fact, most of the time the Dr's have told me that they could take care of a cavity, but it wasn't quite time yet, and to just keep an eye on it. I really have found a home for my family in this practice, and we will be here for the long term.

This is THE BEST dentist in town!! They treat you like you are a human being, they know what they are doing, and they haven't screwed up on my teeth once like so many other dentists in Pocatello have. Give them a try! You won't be sorry!!

Staff was great until I got the bill. Charged me for services I never received because they were going to be too expensive and not covered by insurance. They charged me anyway and have sent me to collections. Stay away they are crooks and will rip you off in your time of need.
