I've been in the dental industry for over 20 years. I was sent my father's impression to make a crown for him. The work was horrid. Some of the worst I have ever seen. When I alerted the doctor to how the tooth needed to be prepped for the restoration he was requesting, the doctor told me he has never prepped a tooth that way. I sent him some papers on how the technical aspects of prepping a tooth had changed for the restorative material he was choosing. He disregarded me. Continued education is needed in dentistry. Not just BBQ's and raffles. I would not send anyone to this dentist until he and his partners learn how to prep and take a good impression, what I saw was almost criminal.. Feel free to contact me. I took lots of pictures..
In response to "not a patient"... His name is Mark. What you did to his crown was horrible please take some continued education courses. The prep provided was not even close to what's needed for the restoration you requested. I will send some preparation guides for the doctor.

Bringhurst Dental is totally awesome! They are so friendly and make you feel like you are family. I had so many problems with my teeth, I didn’t think they could be solved. Me, my wife and her parents all frequent Bringhurst family dentistry. I have only ever had a good experience when going to them for dental care. From Dr. Louis to the dental hygienists to the ladies up front that check you in. All of them are kind and professional making you feel welcome and comfortable. They always help me understand the cost of everything. If I have any tooth pain they do their best to get me in as soon as possible to take care of it. They take really good care of me every time. They are really sweet and have never had a bad experience these past couple years.

I have always struggled with Dentist's. Since I was little, everytime I left the office I was in tears or on the verge of tears, due to the way I was spoken to during the visit. Today I left Bringhurst Dentistry with a smile! I left feeling good about myself! I still had tears but they were tears of JOY!! 5 stars is simply not enough for the service I received from the staff!

I love this office. Everyone is phenomenal and so professional. All of the staff is so nice. The dentist's are great. They listen to your concerns and always address them the best they can. Everything about Bringhurst Dental is amazing! I still have a root canal from years ago that is functioning great as well as cosmetic work. I have been very hard on my teeth and Dr Eric and his amazing staff have never made me feel like a lesser human being but rather I feel more confident as I leave. Thanks for your great work!
