Elison & Wood Orthodontics

We just love Ellison Orthodontics. I trust their judgment completely. Wait times are reasonable & customer service is excellent. They always take time to answer my questions. The staff are cheerful and no one seems bothered when my younger children come along.

I chose Elison Orthodontics because I felt confident that Dr Wood was competent, honest, and kind. The bonus to his ability to take care of my daughter's teeth as needed is his receptionist Teesha. She creates a happy and welcoming atmosphere for me as the parent waiting for my daughter. I enjoy watching how she interacts with the patients with a gigantic, genuine, and happy smile. She literally brightens my day, and I look forward to the visits. However, my admiration for her pales in comparison to my daughter's perception of her. Sage opened up an appointment reminder note card that Teesha had sent her. She held it close to her heart and said, "Mom, i am so glad we went with Elison. Can you believe this? This card is HANDWRITTEN!!!!!" (it also had a few drawn seasonal decorations) Then in an amazement she paused and quietly repeated herself in almost a whisper saying..."handwritten!?!"... No Joke.

You know it's a great place when you're kids look forward to their appointment like a holiday! All the staff are always so friendly and know us by name. Dr. Elison is awesome with the kids. I have very shy kiddos and he's able to get them talking and makes the feel important. I'd definatly reccomend!!

I did not have braces as a child and my teeth were incredibly overcrowded, crooked, and one protruded quite far out. I was scared to get braces as an adult, but not as embarrassed as I was to smile with my far from perfect teeth. From the second I went in to their Idaho Falls office they were so comforting and nice. I felt so comfortable and assured that it wouldn't be so bad that I had them put braces on me the next day. I have been to both the Idaho Falls and Rexburg offices and have been seen many times by both Dr. Matt and Dr. Joseph. Both are awesome and I never feel rushed out of there. They were also so nice to my toddler who was afraid that they were hurting me and walked her through everything they were doing. The staff is wonderful and remember seemingly everything you tell them. They always ask about my daughter and my husband. I actually look forward to my appointment every month. They even have great payment plans. I am sad that we won't be here in Rexburg long enough for my children to also get braces through Elison Orthodontics.

All of our kids, who have had braces, have come here to Ellison Orthodontics. Ellison Orthodontics has done and continue to do an excellent and very awesome job!!! 😄They are very thorough and are willing to explain what they are doing. This includes the assistants and the orthodontists themselves. I have enjoyed visiting with the assistants and Matt and Joseph Ellison, as well as the newest addition, Ryan Wood. Hannah is our youngest and last child to have braces. She is the sixth out of our seven kids to have braces. All of our kids have looked forward to getting braces and then to getting them off. 💕☺️❤️😊 So “Kudos to you!!!” 😉💗😘💞

I love this office. The people are kind and are always making sure you feel good and are good with your braces. They are flexible with situations where you can’t come in for a couple months and appointments. The doctors are so amazing and always understand. I like all the workers in general. The ladies that help and the front desk ladies too. I’m happy I’m I go to the Rexburg office without Ellison Orthodontics.

The staff is super friendly and are happy to work with you and your schedule. They are happy to resolve any problems and do a great job working with your dentist so ensure you have both a beautiful smile and healthy teeth!

Elison is fantastic! They explain what they are doing and why, they are awesome with kids, and they do payment plans. I would highly recommend them! My 13 year old has his off already, and my 10 year old just got hers on. If you need an orthodontist- this is the place.

I have been going to Elison Orthodontics for over 5 years now. The staff are very friendly and they have flexible hours. They are always willing to help with any pain or discomfort I may encounter.

Doctor Matt is so kind and personable. He always asks how my older kids (previous patients) are doing. He welcomes and talks with my kids when they come in and shows that he's genuinely glad that they're there. I appreciate when he tells me what he would do "if they were his kids..."
