Professional my ass! My wife just got a letter from a debt collector from dental work performed five years ago because they couldn't enter in the correct insurance information. Instead of calling my wife to correct the issue (5 years ago) they sent a letter months later after she moved from her apartment in Rexburg. We never even got those letters you claimed to send. You would think since your primary customer base is college students, who switch apartments every three month, maybe a phone call instead of a letter would have worked and we wouldn't be receiving letters from debt collectors threatening us with lawsuits. My wife then called their office to figure the situation out and they were super rude to her and said it was all her fault... Your dental office is an embarrassment to health professionals and BYU-I students should avoid this clinic.
