I grew up around the twin falls area,
I had an extraction done by Bryce Barfuss several years ago, he was a very condescending rude person, when he began the extraction I made it very clear that I wasn't numb, he didn't care and proceeded pulling the tooth regardless. It was the worst dental experience I ever had. I would encourage others to avoid dealing with him as a dentist and find ANYONE else.

Best experience at a dentist I've ever had! I'm speaking from a place of someone who is terrified of going to the dentist. So afraid in fact that I have only seen the dentist less than 5 times in the past 20 years. I told them about my anxiety and they took extra steps to make sure that I was more than comfortable. I actually fell asleep while preparing to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Then the dentist called me that night just to check on me. I could almost cry I'm so pleased with them. For the first time in over 20 years I'm actually looking forward to going to the dentist again. There are words for how grateful I am.

After 3 visit’s to Summit Dental office I am pleased to say nothing but great things. Excellent customer service up front and freindly encounters. The dental hygestist have been informative, knowledgeable, friendly and do their jobs very well. Dr. Peirman has dealt with me precisely on all my dental health care needs and completed a double crown to repair a filling that fell out. All the procedures he has done we’re professional, informative and precise all with feeling as if I was his top priority. Every question I had was answered with confidence. After the major dental work was done my bite was back to normal the first time with no pain at all!

I was referred to this office by a friend. Appointment was scheduled and one week before my appointment I went into the office to complete forms to have my dental records transferred from my dentist in Boise. I let Courtney at the front desk know that I did not want x-rays done at my appointment, they had been done last year at dental appointment and I preferred to have them done every other year as I have no dental issues. Courtney stated that the dentists liked to have x-rays done yearly. I again explained I preferred to have them done every other year as I have no dental issues. Courtney then told me that since I did not want to have x-rays done yearly, "Maybe this isn't the dental office for you." She was right. It is not the dental office for me. I called Sawtooth Dental a few days later, my records were transferred there and I had no issues with not wanting x-rays taken. I can't say enough about the kind staff at Sawtooth dental. I have dental insurance. Money wasn't this issue regarding x-rays - I just don't need x-rays every year. Courtney made it very clear that Summit Dental was not the dental office for me. No worries. I have happily taken my business and recommendation elsewhere.

Outstanding service and great attitudes are to be found here. I so like the people and the dental services provided here. Dr. Permann and all the staff will make you feel very comfortable here.

Fractured a tooth on Sunday and went in the morning to find that I needed Crown or possibly an Implant. Was able to get in later today (same day). I was extremely nervous and anxious but the staff was amazing and were very positive. I appreciate the Dr's doing an evening follow-up call to check in and go over reminders of Post-op care.

I drove a long way to see Dr. Permann and it was definitely worth it! My experience at Summit Dental Care was so amazing compared to my last experience with another dental group. First of all, I felt really safe and so well cared for. The office was very kind and welcoming and they got me right back into an exam chair and had a TV show cued up. It was very clean and the equipment they used was the latest technology. I had a crown that got re-seated at another dentist's office and it fell out 4 months later, so I came to have my crown re-seated. Dr Permann made me feel so comfortable as he re-seated the crown. He did the best numbing job I've had in years! I've never had an assistant stay with me through the whole process, but that's something they find value in doing. She made sure I was comfortable and she explained things as they worked.

Dr Permann went above and beyond; he replaced my crown and made sure it fit properly and noticed that there was a crack in my filling on the other side. He offered to fix that tooth and he found some decay there. I was so grateful to be taken care of and they did such a professional job! Twin Falls is very fortunate to have Summit Dental Care!
