They are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to answer any questions you may have, even if it's not about you or what your personally having done.

I went in there thinking Aspen Dental would be the best and fastest solution to my problem the way they advertise, needed to get a couple of teeth out , they make the exam right away which is great, but then came the awkward part, they take you to an office with what appears to be one of their "sales personnel" outlining a very costly plan for me of thousands of dollars instead of scheduling to take care of my problem, it felt like the experience of trying to purchase a vehicle, so I go to my local dentist instead and spend $300 problem solved.....so don't go there if you need a faster solution to your situation

This Aspen dental location is an overall bad experience when it comes to anything related to scheduling, or pricing.
The receptionists are rude, and nearly incapable of what some used to refer to as customer service. Poor tone, combative responses, and word games are brought to bear at the first hint of turbulence.
Receptionists will attempt to gaslight you with unfounded accusations about your own discomfort when they really mean they’re denying you service because you previously had medical issues that prevented you from completing a scheduled service, and communicable diseases abound.

I made an appointment for cleaning and a separate appointment for a filling and crown. Due to discomfort from the needed work, I had to cancel the appointment for the cleaning until I could have the crown and filling done. I was informed that I could not have the crown and filling done without first receiving the cleaning, despite my clear objections and informing them that it was a physiological issue that was preventing me being able to do the cleaning first.

Later, as my next appointment came, where I was made to schedule both the cleaning and crown/filling, back-to-back, I was having a terrible flare-up of my myalgic encephalomyelitis, during which time I was having difficulty breathing, and severe nerve pain that would have been compounded if I had tried to force myself to go through with the work. I informed them of my issue and made it clear that I needed to reschedule, but I was eager to have the work done ASAP. They decided to quietly reject me from the practice by simply never calling me to reschedule despite their statement that they would call to reschedule. When I called again to see if it was simply an oversight, they informed me that I “may be more comfortable with another provider at this time.” Again, I never made such a claim myself. With further probing, I was told “we are declining to reschedule your appointment because you wasted the doctor’s time” but they would not outright say, or positively affirm that they were refusing to provide me with service. They seem to think that using specific terminology changes what’s occurring.

All of this is bad enough, but when added to the fact that they don’t automatically give you an itemized treatment plan (what is the cost of each service?), even so much as bring up the Aspen Dental savings plan, and can’t identify other areas that require attention during your initial appointment, while dental assistants suggest that their implementation of continued mask use in the office is entirely for show by encouraging you to remove your mask unnecessarily, you know you’re in for a bumpy ride.

Lastly, staff will bristle at questions regarding why they don’t do more to protect patients during an ongoing respiratory virus pandemic, such as the use of extraoral suction devices, partitions to protect vulnerable patients from the dental aerosols of others, rapid testing, sterilization of patients’ mouths, merv13 air purifiers, or even something as basic as doors.

If you want to overpay, while being treated poorly, have other serious dental issues overlooked, and catch COVID, then step right up. There’s a sucker born every minute.

My experience was incredible! The group of girls I met working there today were a great bunch! They had great personalities and they are awesome at their jobs! They were very welcoming. Fun and professional! I left the dentist today in a better mood than when I arrived! 10/10 recommend!

Staff was so nice and helpful!! I didn’t know that I needed to schedule my cleaning in addition to establishing care, and they were able to get me in at the same time, no problem!

A well deserved 5-stars.
My teeth are in great condition considering/despite having not gone to a dentist in a decade.
I was worried that I might be shamed for that.
Everyone here treated me great though.
Thank you Aspen.
I'll be back.

Just wanted a tooth pulled, went in for visit, gave me a speech about how i needed a deep cleaning, and two crowns and a ton of other things that was going to total over $6000! Itemized list even had a electric tooth brush on it for $150!!! ALL i wanted was the tooth pulled. Finally got them to just pull the tooth, after, the doc looked at it and said, Oh yeah, it's cracked bad, there was no saving this one. That was one of the teeth he wanted to crown!!!!
Don't get me wrong, they do good work, but stand your ground or they will own the ground you stand on!!!
