If you're curious what complete incompetence looks like, just take a stop in here. One of their dentists claimed my wife had multiple cavities, the other says none. Stopped in for bad pain from what looks like bone coming thru my gums, probably from wisdom teeth removal before, she says despite the obvious sharp bump, that there's nothing there, maybe a blister. This was after I had mentioned I seen it break thru weeks ago and heal up. One day after the visit the skin has once again.broken open to reveal something solid, obviously not a blister. Save your time and money and go to a real dentist, not these quacks.

This office was 20 minutes behind without any warning I waited and then after I finally got to the back I was held up longer because the receptionists did not throughly check me in correctly and I had to fill out paperwork in between the visit causing me to be late for my next appointments on this day. I was thoroughly disappointed with my dental visit!

Went to get some cavity work done to the State location they have, I am pretty happy with the service, the place is really clean, the dentist was walking me through the steps of what she was doing and would check to make sure everything was ok pretty often. I would recommend their services, they are professional, helpful and informative.

Left us outside in the rain, instead of letting us in. Then, after I made an appointment for an exam, they said "your dentist has to tell us what teeth to pull."
I'm sorry, that's why we need an exam...

My mother had to take my son for his first dental visit. I heard nothing but good things from both my son and mom (and you know children tell the painful truth.) They even called and made sure it was ok for my mom to make decisions.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I spoke with two different reps who were the most disrespectful argumentative people I ever spoke to in a professional setting. Neither provider their names and one refused and then said "your mother should be ashamed" and hung up the phone! Highly unacceptable behavior to have in an office setting. I will be contacting corporate!
