Although I don't like going to the dentist in general, everybody at Dentistry on 116 makes it as pleasant a visit as it can be. Everybody there is warm and friendly, they let me watch ESPN, and communicate with you to let you know what is going on. Whether it is the staff up front, the dental hygienist, or Dr. Helton herself, they are professional and I always know that I am going to be well taken care of when I am there.

Ashley is superb in all things at the office. She is kind, and has taken fantastic care of my teeth. She is very reassuring and knowledgable, always willing to answer my many questions, with a smile and patience. She is very professional. The office is extremely well managed and on time. We love Dentistry on 116th. While technically not a Pediatric dentist office, my daughter has been going since she was 18 months old and LOVES everyone she has seen for appointments. Whenever our benefits have changed, I will email Julie and always get a prompt reply. It’s definitely a family, when any of us go in, they always ask me about my husband, when my husband goes in, they ask how our daughter is doing, etc. we’ve been patients for nearly 12 years; (which I always remember bc my 1st appointment was two weeks before my wedding!) EVERY TIME I walk into the door of Dentistry on 116, I am greeted with a smile. I get in and out, with ease. Having dentist anxieties, Dr. Helton is amazing, and explains everything to me so that I understand what is going to happen. They are an incredible team! Highly recommend this office!

If possible, I would give Dentistry on 116 ten stars! The entire staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. When a procedure has been necessary, it has always been done in a very gentle way with minimum discomfort. Seeing Dr. Helton and her staff is always a fun experience!
