We had been going and seeing Patrica for a while and she was awesome! My daughter went in for a visit and was told she had Zero cavities, she went back 6 months later and all of a sudden she now has 10 cavities. I realized she saw Shane on that visit. I told them I would talk to my husband and get her scheduled to have them taken care of. My appt was the same day and Shane took care of me and my cavity, he said I may have pain for a month of so but a year later and I still have pain. I decided to find a new dentist and my daughter who was suppose to have 10 cavities only had 2. So what was Shane going to do with the 10 cavities he said she had? I’m so mad and will never recommend this place!

This is the friendliest and most professional dental office I've ever been to. The staff provides warm and engaging conversation during your visit while you sit in luxuriously soft exam chairs. They have live television to watch at each station if you choose to do so and they explain everything they are doing so you are comfortable knowing exactly what's being done during your procedure/exam. I'm not usually a person who does reviews but I had to share for A New Smile, I look forward to each visit and know I'm in wonderful hands!!!
