Brookside Dental Care

2 stars because they do good work but they are very rude and unprofessional the way they go about charging your insurance so they don't have to do work for free that they are obligated to do. I was in alot of pain and I asked for it to be looked and of course they was more worried about how they could get more money instead of making me experience less pain. I really loved this place until my last visit. They showed their true colors. Its not about making people happy with dental care, its all about money for Brookside Dental. Shame shame shame.

Very very good place to have your dental needs performed! They are so nice and friendly. They have staff that are bilingual which is a plus for us because my wife is Dominican and speaks little English. And they were so patient and gentle with my 2 year old daughter! I wouldn't take my family anywhere else!! 👍👍👍

I went in nervous as can be. It took no time at all for the family at Brookside Dental to make me feel at ease. I had to have quite a bit of work thanks to some nerds on Halloween breaking my fillings. I would Highly recommend this company ! They do so much work for the community also, it just makes you restore faith in people. Thank you Brookside Dental You are appreciated!

The staff at Brookside were very friendly and extremely professional. I was made to feel at ease during my first check up in a very long time. They set up my next checkup, but more importantly, a plan for the next bits of work I would need; all with great consideration for my time and finances. Brookside Dental Care is great. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Reasons why I've stayed at Brookside. 1) The doctor and team are very kind and helpful. They don't try to awkwardly hold a conversation with you while your mouth is wide open, but they are aren't stark or cold. They are friendly and welcoming. 2) They have Saturday hours!!! I don't have to pull the kids out of school or interrupt my work day to see the dentist. 3) They take walk-ins. I've not used this service, but I like that it's available. 3) No long waits. They have always been efficient, without making you feel rushed. 4) Text message communication! I have memory issues, and the fact that they are willing to send me text reminders, or reschedule me via text if I flake on an appointment and double book myself is very appreciated. 5) I have not had any tooth pain or cavities since I started seeing them. This is impart due to how they have made the effort to understand my struggles with dental care, and helped me come up with effective solutions. 6) If there is special dental work that needs to be done, they show you what the cost will be, and ask how you would like to move forward before doing the work and billing you. Every other dentist I've been to hasn't been considerate of our family budget. 7) My husband, and both of my (special needs) children are patients here, as well, and all of us enjoy coming here and feel comfortable/cared for. I'm thankful for a family dentist that works well for all of us.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great doctor, always explains what the procedure is and what he'll be doing every step. I always feel comfortable coming here!

Very clean and friendly environment! The wait time wasn't long, they got to me very quick. I was in so much pain due to my wisdom tooth needing to come out. His assistant was very comforting and showed a lot of empathy. I didn't have insurance at the time so I had to pay out of pocket but they were very affordable. I'm making this place my primary dental office. I would highly recommend them!

I have had multiple bad experiences with dentists and today was the first time I did not. In fact, I had a wonderful experience and as long as I am living in Indy, this will be where I go. I had an afternoon appointment, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and given the paperwork to complete. When I went back, the dental hygienist/assistant was extremely nice and conversational and seemed genuinely interested in why I came in. When I met the doctor, he was exactly the same way. When I told him about my chronic jaw pain, instead of brushing it off like the other doctors I'd been to, he was genuinely concerned and figured out the cause of the problem. I have a small mouth and my wisdom teeth had nowhere to go, and he suggested I get them all removed at once so as not to have to go through the whole process twice or more. It was my last day at my job (i.e. also the last day I was covered under my insurance) and they went the extra mile and did all the extractions right then. Any other practice I would have been scheduled in weeks later, I was completely shocked. During the surgery, they were both extremely reassuring and constantly checking if I was experiencing pain, whereas once again I've had experiences where the person doing a medical procedure would just say "it's just going to be painful and there's nothing I can do." From the x-rays getting taken to the fourth and final extraction, I was treated with kindness and dignity and am so happy to have found this wonderful organization and staff. If I could give it more stars, I would!

Dr Shaladh is very respectful, he explained everything he was doing him and his teem are amazing I’ve been going to Brookside for a couple years would definitely recommend.
