Doctor Wagner and her staff are great. I fell going into office and Dr Wagner fixed my chip. Staff helped me out to my car. Offered to drive me home. I feel comfortable at the office.

I have been a client of Dr Wagner for years and have always received great care by her and her staff. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. No pressure for services not needed. An annual coverage payment plan is offered for those without insurance which is reasonable. My teeth always feel great after my visit.

The dentist and the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. The hygienists are great and I hope they change their place of employment as I’ve seen the dentist treat them unfairly in front of me and so has my fiancé. Speaking of my fiancé, she showed up 30 minutes late (she over slept, okay that’s life we understand) to his tooth extraction appointment but with a MCDONALDS COFFEE in her hand and was so rough with extraction she messed up another tooth and had to fix it before he could leave. I recommended my father in law to her before all this and she couldn’t find a chip in his tooth, a couple days later he went somewhere else and they had him fixed up in no time. Her office called me at 4 pm to “remind” me of my appointment the next day at 8 am and told me I owed money in a voicemail. I did not know I would owe and tried to call back and reschedule but they were closed by 5 pm. I texted her phone (since they were closed) and she said there was no way to reschedule and I would have to find a new dentist. Wow. I’ve always made my appointments on time and payment as well and have referred 2 people to her and that’s how I am treated after 3 years of going here. My fiancé should’ve just got up and left his ridiculous appointment that she treated with zero respect. Absolutely 0/10 stars, do not waste your time here. She has now lost not one but 3 patients - one who paid completely out of pocket for everything. Her loss.

I’ve been going to Dr. Wagner for over 15 years and have never been disappointed with the service! The hygienists are great, and I especially love that I can be put under anesthesia for painful dental work (helps keep my anxiety at a minimum). Highly recommend!

Hygienist Lauren was thorough with her cleaning and Dr. Wagner evaluated me and offered several dental tips to maintain my dental health.
