Absolutely amazing staff they have!! I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months with Cheryl and everyone has only ever been nice and patient with me. After my first cleaning I needed a filling and the girls at the front desk were able to get me in the very next day. All in all was an amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend!!

How can you guys book an appointment and confirm it and then not even be at your location for the set appointment time?? Very unprofessional. Not to mention both of your offices mention being open until 6 PM on Mondays and nobody at either Munster nor Merrillville could answer a phone after 5+ calls to each. Do better. If you can go to another dentist, I’d highly recommend doing so.

I'm absolutely afraid of dental work. They made all them problems rest easy . Even took care of a scheduling problem from miscommunication. Very professional. Would highly recommend

I love this office! The staff is wonderful. Cheryl always cleans my teeth, and she is awesome!! I just started my invaslign with Dr. Andy and am so excited to see the end results. He made me feel very comfortable with the process! I would definitely recommend coming here!

This place is a joke. I went to see the periodontist and scheduled a procedure. They were so unorganized and called me the day before to tell me they couldn't do my procedure because the things needed weren't ordered. They said they could still do it if I paid over the phone in full otherwise they weren't ordering what they needed to do the procedure. I cancelled and will never look back. Plus I was basically told that the lady that handled scheduling and going over procedures with patients was fired for stealing money from patients by overcharging and pocketing money and that it was her fault my procedure wasn't organized. AFTER telling me that, they wanted me to give my credit card info over the phone and pay an additional charge to have the supplies rushed even though it was their fault. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and find somewhere else to go.

What a great office! I have been coming to this officefor the past 5 years and everyone is always so friendly. Every department in the office always treats everyone fairly. I have already told many family members who have had the same exact experience!! Get the word out and go to this dental office!

I'm going to rate this company a 0. I had put a down payment on a flipper, in which the office never called to let me know it was in. I called today to get a refund on this flipper I never received, they said it was thrown away, because it was over 3 years ago, and that I owed them money, in which they will write off. Like they are doing me a favor. They will get that back on their taxes next year. So I'm out 190.00 dollars and the flipper. I gave this company, free money that they don't want to return. BEWARE. Don't like to contact patients, and don't like to return money due!!!!!!! I will post bad reviews on this site every day until I get what is owed to me. TO BAD YOU CAN'T SUE INDIANA DOCTORS!!!!

I would never return to this house of horrors. I had a root canal along with crown done in 2017. The process took about 6-8 months to complete due to the office only allowing me to be seen on certain days according to them it was because of my insurance. I eventually was able to be fit with crown and the pain was excruciating. I then returned to office twice for adjustments it was finally ok but after one year the tooth is now infected. I now have to see an Oral Surgeon and spend $1700.00 disgusted.

This place is a absolute circus , most unprofessional environment EVER!!! you walk in to staff eating full plates of food spreading nasty germs, the office manager allows her employees to use marijuana on lunch breaks and return back to work as a liability and also gives her underage employees alocohol on the premises... This place may have potential with a front office manager that has morals. The doctors do very well with their patients, dr Williams dr kmak and dr Nichols are good doctors but they have no clue the type of unprofessional things taking place in the front of the office. Also if you want to be billed for services never provided this is the place for you, you and insurance will be scammed .I never thought I’d witness a place discriminate against those with certain insurance plans until this place, everyone deserves equal care no matter what insurance they have but this place does not value that........ . run run run find another dental office thank me later..

This place is a nightmare factory. Dental work was MUCH more painful than similar work I've had done many times in my life. Then, in preparation for a crown they put too much temp cover on tooth and I spend an extended holiday weekend in pain with swollen gum filled with pus and bleeding.

When I came back in the doctor didn't even apologize until I forced it out of him. They are terrible in so many ways I paid $500 to get my crown mold and go elsewhere. I have never given a negative review online, but this isn't a review; it's a WARNING. Please do NOT go here; give someone else your money and choose not to suffer.
