They have a great staff throughout the entire office. Everyone makes you feel like family. They have always been on time with my appointments. I've never had an issue with scheduling or billings. They have very good communication processes, they send post cards and phone messages for reminders of upcoming appointments.

This place is incredible. They are professional in all phases of their business. Dr. Sharon Paluga and her staff are awesome. What you have is something unique. When you have a staff like that clicking on all cylinders it's just hard to find a better place. Why even look. This place is great, clean and I always leave with a smile. Everyone was extremely friendly. I have to give a shout out to Barb though! Unknown to me, my employer was in the process of switching insurance providers. When Barb called to verify they couldn’t find me. I went into panic mode thinking I no longer had coverage. She stayed after normal business hours to get it all figured out for me. I really feel she went above and beyond to help me and I’m so thankful for that. The whole staff really is great! I highly recommend the New Pal team!

This is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. From the dentist, the hygienist and the desk, they a warm, friendly and kind. They answer every question I have, are always ready on time, no waiting, and just a great place for care. Highly recommended!

I was allowed one week to bring all 4 of my children in for a dental appointment and they sat in the hallway with masks on while each person waited for their cleaning. Then when I needed to bring my oldest 8yr daughter back for a resin filling they would not allow my 1 six-year-old child with a mask to sit on my lap with me because I did not have child care. They made me reschedule. This is ridiculous especially when 4 kids can sit in a hallway with masks but my 1 child can't sit there quietly and wait. No exceptions made. Taken temperatures, do covid screens, but no understanding, compassion or assistance to moms with multiple children. Don't expect helpfulness here.

Dr. Paluga’s office is just as it refers a, gentle dentist. I started here for that reason and have been fully satisfied. I feel like the rates are fair they’re willing to work with you. The hygienist are very friendly and cautious not to hurt and knowledgeable about other problems you may be having. I’ve been coming here for get a great many years. It feels like family now.
