I went to Friedman Dental for the first time this morning and I was so pleased when I left. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. They were right on schedule, so I didn't have a wait which is always nice. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I usually get the chills when they use the scraping tool and that did not happen a single time- thank God! Dr. Friedman was really nice and did not seem to be rushed when he came in. The atmosphere of the office friendly and relaxing. I can't imagine going to another dentist after such a great experience.

I can't share enough how amazing Dr. Friedman and his staff are. They go above and beyond to help their patients. I have a friend who I referred his family to the office. My friend was notified that he is losing his job in a week and thus losing his benefits. His daughter went in for an exam as she was having pain. He was told she would most likely have to have a root canal. Since he was losing his benefits, we shared that with them and they moved another appointment around just help him out so benefits would cover it. The same patient was told by another dentist that she would need 10 fillings-Dr. Friedman only performed two. I totally trust Dr. Jody, his advice and his skill. He will not perform unnecessary procedures. The gals in the office are all fantastic. You just don't find that anymore. Thanks so much to you all for what you have done. I appreciate you all so very much.

Dr. Friedman and his excellent staff of caring professionals are the reason this old guy still has his choppers! An ounce of prevention is always worth more than a pound of cure! Prevention is what Dr. Friedman and his staff are all about! Catching and fixing little problems before they turn into big ones! It's a great dental experience!

All of the staff are kind and respectful. Dr. Friedman really knows his stuff and can get your teeth fixed up with little to no pain involved. He listens to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. Dr. Friedman also talks to you during the process so you always know what he is doing next so there are no surprises during the procedure.

Dr. Friedman and staff have always been great since going there several years now. This week I had my front tooth chipped so I called the office before they opened. Received a prompt call and was able to schedule an appointment that day. Was in and out in no time. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Friedman Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

I lived in Kokomo most of my life and thought I had a pretty decent Dentist until I moved to Westfield. I did my research & decided to take my dental services to Dr. Friedman. Literally one of the best medical decisions I have ever made. I'm a pretty particular person and Dr. Friedman is somewhat a "Perfectionist" and I think that's why I like him so much. I've had several issues with my teeth for several years and Dr. Friedman just about has all my problems taken care of, wish I would have known years ago what I know now, not all Dentist are alike. To be able to get a Crown done all in the same day is also great, no temporary crown, no waiting for two weeks for the permanent crown, all done in one day & the machine makes a perfect fit every time. At this point my only hope is that he doesn't get so busy that appointments start to get harder and harder to get into quickly. I hesitate in being so truthful about the quality of work Dr. Friedman does as it could mean you all reading this will start going to him and make my appointment times harder and harder to get.

Friedman Family & Cosmetic Dentistry are the best. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied. You could not ask for a better group of people. They make customer satisfaction a top priority. That's why they have been our dentist for about 15 years

So happy we found Dr Friedman & Staff. All so wonderful. Very friendly. Well worth going to Westfield when I live in Indy. Other dentists get you in and out without listening to you. Dr Friedman listens to you and does not rush you out when you have a problem. If you are afraid of the dentist or if you are still having problems with your teeth even after you have seen your dentist, go to Dr. Friedman & he can help.

We recently switched to Dr. Friedman and couldn’t be happier. Our previous Dentist that we had gone to for at least 30 years retired. We were not happy with the Dentist that took over the practice. So my wife and I started looking for a new Dentist. We had heard good things about Dr. Friedman. We made the switched and wish we had done it long ago. Dr. Friedman and his whole staff are great!! An example of their work: My wife had a crown done by our previous Dentist. It was a 2 week ordeal. When she came home her face was swollen and bruised. Then she had to go back 2 weeks later to have the crown installed. I also had to have a crown, but Dr. Friedman did mine. It was a 2 hour process. The crown was installed all in one visit and the next day I could tell I had had any dental work done. Thank You Dr. Friedman and your staff. You all are great!!

This was my first visit to the Friedman Family Dentistry. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I found everyone including Dr. Friedman to be knowledgeable. I did go in with a concern and felt the issue was resolved without unnecessary recommended procedures. I do plan to go back for follow up visits.
