After in the office, which has a very peaceful atmosphere, we found out my good insurance doesn't kick in for another 8 months. Dr. Ringler worked with me on what would be the best option for me to do for now. I absolutely despise the dentist, but I think this will be a much better place for me.

Definitely Expensive! (The first form you sign clearly states that they are not the cheapest dental option around). I was quoted $9400 for fixing an abscess under a 3 year-old bridge, a charge which entailed removing and completely re-doing the bridge work. A little research revealed that my abscess could be fixed for a fraction of this cost by re-bonding the existing bridge (which is still in good shape). But these options were never given to me here.

I had left such a glowing review, but now feel compelled to remove it in such dismay over the deplorable treatment I received when calling in for an emergency. I broke a front tooth over the weekend but cannot pay until the 17th as i am a cash pay person. On my last visit I was allowed to break up payment even though I had the full amount they charged me upon service. I was told today, in pain with a blackening broken that they could see me when I had money, and hung up on when I stated how heart broken I was that their Christianity reached only as far as the almighty dollar could stretch, i never would have believed it, even though many people spoke so badly of this office over money I really never imagined they'd treat me like this. I'm sorry they are not who I thought they were.
