I have high anxiety when entering a dentist office. I was dreading this appointment and it was only for a cleaning and x-rays. I specifically looked for an office where reviews stated laughing gas and cerec crown replacement. Both of which I am sure I will need in the future. My daughter and husband both come to this office and have spoken highly of the people. So I should not have been surprised that this appointment went very well. Abby was my Hygienist and she was very thorough and did an excellent job on my teeth. She also was very kind and explained her work. My anxiety subsided as the visit went on and Dr. Jones was very pleasant to speak to and she also explained everything she thought needed to be done. All in all I am so happy with this office and now that I have to go back for a filling replacement I feel so much better about that coming appointment. I am not AS anxious but it still will be nerve wracking for me. I will update after that appointment. :-) **Update-Went back for 2 visits to replace old fillings. Although I still was very anxious about the visit their kindness and compassion surpassed my expectations. Very grateful for this office and their staff!

I had to get in ASAP because of a job change and they worked a scheduling miracle! They were so kind, so informative, nothing hurt, and best of all didn’t shame me for not being to the dentist in wayyyy too long. I was also seen immediately after getting there, zero wait time at any point in my visit.

I've been seeing Dr Jones for 2 years now. I've always been impressed with her ability to make even the most nervous patient (me) calm. Believe me when I say she gives painless shots and her most impressive quality is how she educates her patients. I've learned a lot about taking care of my teeth in the last two years and I'm no spring chick. She is big on preventative and I love that. She actually wants you to have a healthy mouth and cavity free teeth. Dr. Jones is very professional, as is her staff and now they have a new beautiful facility making the over all experience the complete package! I never thought I would say this about a dentist office but I love it there!

I typically have a lot of anxiety going in to dentist appointments, but the staff were all very friendly and efficient. They described everything they were going to do before they did it, and they turned on the tv for me so I had something else to focus on during the exam and cleaning.
Update 3/15/19 - I have now been to several appointments here, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. The staff are so professional and they are always friendly. They answer all of my questions, and are quick to point out and explain anything that may seem confusing. I usually take the earliest appointment they have, but even so, am not kept waiting, and am usually out within half an hour of my appointment time (for a standard cleaning and exam).

My daughter is very scared of the dentist and the hygienists that worked with us this morning was VERY professional and took her time with my daughter and explained things to her as she was doing them. It really put my daughter at ease! Hopefully all of our appointments are this smooth.

I was told that I needed 8 cavities filled and that I had to get a crown on one of my teeth, costing me over $1000-$2000. I naturally got a second opinion with a dentist my coworkers referred me to, Dr. Riggs in Mission. He was way more friendly and took another set of X-rays. After looking at them and my teeth he said I only had 3 cavities and none of my teeth were even close to needing a crown. He said that some of these big dentist offices need to meet a quota and will take advantage of people who don’t know any better. Very disgusted.
