i love dr. cliburne and all the staff who work at dentistry plus. i drive from another county just to go to the dentist (and i do not even like to come to lexington! 😆)

I was upset that I had changed my insurance and didn't think to ask if it was still excepted. It was excepted in the past, but things have changed a lot. When I checked in I wasn't asked if insurance had changed. I had to pay full price out of pocket. I've been coming here for years. It would have been nice if they went over the pricing before the exam like they used to.

Dentistry Plus was a recommendation from a friend of mine. Not knowing what to expect, I was hesitant to try a new dentist. Every time I go there it’s a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, and seem genuinely concerned about your oral hygiene. I recommend anyone looking for a comfortable yet professional place to get dental work done, to try Dentistry Plus. 10/10

This place is amazing! They have friendly staff and a nice lobby. My dental hygienist Darianne was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me and made sure I clearly understood what she was saying in regards to my exam. She went into detail on my treatment plan and ways to stay ahead to have a healthy clean smile. She was very gentle and talked me through my X-Rays and tests. Their business manager Roxy talked to me after the Doctor to reassure I understand everything he explained to me which was a very nice feeling. The checkout process was fast and easy and again every staff member is extremely nice. I will continue to receive services here and highly recommend this dentistry.

I scheduled an appointment with them last week at 2pm. I even received an email reminder. I was told on the phone to be there 15 minutes early. I arrived at 1:40 and when I tried to enter the door was locked. There was a note on the door that they were closed for lunch from 1 to 2pm. So I waited. At, 2pm, I tried the door again, still locked. I called the office, could hear the phone ring from outside, no answer. Waited until 2:15, called again, no response. Then I tried one last time at 2:30 to enter, the door was still locked and I couldn't get through on the phone, left a message and have yet to hear a response.
