Park Hills Family Dentistry

I have a big fear around dentists but I had to get a tooth pulled that cracked on me. All of the staff in the office were very kind and reassuring. They got me in right away even though I was a brand new patient. Dr. Oberst was very patient, listened to all of my concerns, and went over every detail of the procedure beforehand. She helped calm my nerves and did everything she could to make this process easier for me. Throughout the extraction she talked with me and explained everything that was happening. Dr. Kim also stepped in to help with the procedure and was also very kind and reassuring. Dr. Oberst sent me home with some prescriptions and even called later on to check on me. I 1000% recommend this office and all their staff. I will continue going back despite my anxiety and hopefully my great experience eases my anxiety for the next visit!

I just had an appointment here yesterday for the first time and my experience was wonderful!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Park Hills because they were close to my house and well rated. I was able to fill out paperwork online at home before the appointment, which was very convenient. The office was clean and comfortable. All of the staff I spoke to were kind, patient, and helpful.

I was very happy to see that everyone, including patients in the waiting room, were wearing masks. And before being seen, every patient’s temperature was checked. Covid safety is extremely important to me, and I really appreciate how seriously the staff is taking it. You definitely don’t see many places trying that hard to make sure everyone feels safe and stays healthy.

Any of the negative reviews here are probably from people that are just generally impossible. Dr. Obrest and staff (Specifically, Dianna) are great.

I hadn’t visited the dentist in over a decade and they eased my anxiety of the dentist entirely. They were thorough with my exam and helped me with a long term plan. Thanks again dudes.

Great first experience here! My husband is a Korean speaker and Dr. Kim was so patient and helpful with explaining treatment options with him. I saw Dr. Oberst and she was also thorough and kind. Our hygienists and the front staff were also great! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! I just moved from NY and didnt think I'd be able to find a great dentist. I was wrong! The moment you walk in you feel welcome. The hygienist was awesome! Dr Kim was so nice! And all the staff at the front desk were the friendliest I've ever met! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a dental emergency and the staff here was exceptional. They pulled two teeth that were infected and chipped. One tooth was cracked down to the root and the staff including the dentist was kind and considerate of my pain and providing comfort throughout the ordeal.

Every single person at Park Hills Family Dentistry is professional and hospitable. They are so caring and have helped me so much and keeping my teeth healthy and clean.

This office is clean and calm. All the employees were calm, kind and very professional. I often have anxiety when I visit the dentist. However, this office didn't rush me and listened to my concerns. Will definitely go back again.

I had my teeth cleaned today. They feel great. Dr. Kim is very friendly and welcoming. I miss my long time dentist Dr. Sutherland, but I have been treated really well during the transition.

I was very pleased with the staff. I saw Dr Oberst, highly recommend her, she listened to my issue and found the problem and went to work to resolve where the pain was coming from. I have suffered with pain off and on for nearly 8 years. I had been going to the same dentistry firm for those years and not one of the dentists found out why I was having such sensitivity. I am happy to say that I will be able to eat on the right side without pain shortly. I am so thrilled that Park Hills Family Dentistry was recommended to me.
