It’s pretty worrisome when you need to have emergency dental work done when you are out of town. However the team at Alexandria Family Dental Care put me at ease immediately. This is the first time I’ve had dental work done that didn’t leave me with extreme pain for days. I highly recommend Dr. Rogenmoser and his staff!

Hands down the absolutely best dental office in Alexandria.La. Karly has been so awesome since day 1. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate the time and efforts of Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Karly. I feel like I have his full attention when he is on the room. This office makes you feel VIP from start to finish.

I take very good care of my teeth and suddenly started to have a toothache, which is rare, so I went in to have it checked out. Turns out I needed a root canal! When I returned for treatment a few days later, Dr. Moylan and Karly took such good care of me. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure and I just can’t say enough about how great they were! All of the team members work very hard to give their patients the best care and experience! My husband sees Dr. Rogenmoser and loves him too! Also, this office is the cleanest dental office I’ve ever been in!! I highly recommend choosing Alexandria Family Dental Care for you and your family’s dental needs! They are very thorough with everything they do and have the best technology and Doctor’s!

Very friendly office and excellent service. I have been a patient since 2016. Services provided to me have been cleaning, exams, crowns, implant, and Zoom (whitening treatments). Highly recommend.

I had a double crown break off on a Friday and wanted to get it put back on. The dentist I was treating with doesn't work on Friday so I called Alexandria Family Dental. Holly told me they were pretty busy but they would fit me in if I was willing to wait. Going there was one of the best decisions I've made. Dr. Rogenmoser saw me and took an x ray and told me he did not want to take my $ because the underlying teeth had decayed and there was not enough to bond to. He put a small camera in my mouth and when the image appeared on the camera above the chair I could see what he was talking about. We discussed my situation which is not the best. I am 67 years old and, although I have consistently treated with dentists all my life, l have had a lot of cavities which led to crowns and root canals and extractions and a partial bridge on the bottom. The double crown that broke was on the top and would require another bridge. He showed me some examples of full dentures which are secured with implants. He did not push me but we discussed the pros and cons of having that done or just repairing the problems I had. I knew it would be expensive but I was tired of having trouble with my teeth and not very happy with my smile anymore. He said he would do a treatment plan to do the repair and another one to do the full dentures with implants and let me decide. I met with his office manager, Shelby, who thoroughly explained both options and what financing they could provide. I decided to go with the dentures as just to do the repairs would cost about two thirds of that and I would continue to have problems. Another big consideration for me was that the dentures would look better aesthetically and I could be proud of my smile again. I would be lying if I said it's been a piece of cake but I don't remember any visit to the dentist that was enjoyable. I got my bottom denture in today it's gonna take a little while to get used to them but I like the way they look! Dr. Ryan has been very professional and knows what he's doing. Karli, who did the impressions, did a fine job in spite of all the trouble I gave her. The rest of the staff has always been friendly and courteous. I highly recommend AFDC for all your dental needs. I only have nice things to say about the staff here at Dr. Rogenmoser’s. I’ve only had two visits, both visits within a week. I was greeted by the staff with warmth. Hope, Carley, and Dr. Rogenmoser were all so kind and helpful to see to it that I was taken care of full circle. Hope was especially helpful/ informative regarding my bill and plan of care. Carley made sure that I was comfortable, allowed us time to discuss pertinent concerns, reviewed x-rays and pointed out issues to consider. Dr. Rogenmoser was everything I expected thanks to my sister-in-law’s referral! There was one moment we all joked about the local anesthetic, everyone laughed. I felt right at home! I didn’t feel one discomfort, having a tooth extracted; so I would definitely recommend! Thanks guys for the TLC!

I had not had my teeth checked for over 15 years. I think I was on the verge of a stroke on my first visit. There is a lot of work to be done. I had such a good time I'm actually looking forward to going back to get the rest of my mouth fixed. The staff were even helpful in regards to me not knowing what to do with paperwork and insurance. I should have went here sooner.

Emaculant service! Had the best X-ray X-perience ever! It was administered by a newer employee Haley (whom had the most endearing and hospitable dentist chair-side manner) and Carley, which even despite her physical limitations, had the majestic grace of a one-handed crane while she was administering the X-ray! Had the greatest time, the employees were funny, professional, and above all caring. Had a great time! Can't wait for my next dental procedure!

Dr. Rogenmoser did an extraction and bone graft in preparation for an implant. My previous experience with another dentist was very painful and I wasn't looking forward to having this done. To my surprise, I had no pain afterwards or swelling! Great experience for someone who does not like visiting the dentist.

Absolutely blown away by the unprofessional staff and the attitudes they have!! Not just the front staff but the dentist themselves! As someone who’s terrified of the dentist, stay clear of this place. Very very unconcerned with your needs and pains. Literally all this place wants is your money, they absolutely don’t care to work with you no matter how bad off you are. I’ve dealt with them numerous times it wasn’t just one bad experience. I absolutely will make sure none of my loved ones ever walk in their doors. Worst business and worst “doctors” office I’ve ever encountered.
