The staff were very welcoming and My Dr. did a very great job explaining to me everything that I need to get done. She was very gentle with my teeth. Dr. Walters and her staff are amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff noticed I was very nervous immediately and asked if I was okay. I told them I had multiple bad experiences with different dentists throughout my life. They were very empathetic and walked me through every step! They explained different feelings prior to anything being done. Dr. Walters came highly recommended and I traveled from Houston, TX to see her. I will be returning from Houston for my follow ups and any future procedure. My overall experience was absolutely phenomenal.
