NO stars. My husband was given an appt for Sept 23 at 1230. He received a text reminder last week. Left work early yesterday to wait for over an hour at the office. There was no one there. No one would answer the phone but asked that you text. They magically can answer texts but not the phone?!?! After texting them. They stated he wasn't in their system. How did he receive an appt and an appt reminder if he's "not in the system"? Please lie to somebody else. So they "rescheduled him" (even tho he supposedly wasn't on the schedule or in the system) for today at 2:50. He had some car trouble and was running a little late...less than 15 minutes. They told me they would have to reschedule...BUT HE WAITED OVER AN HOUR YESTERDAY TO BE TOLD HE WASN'T ON THE SCHEDULE OR IN THE SYSTEM!!!

Very quick and my wait time was no longer then 30min to be seen and head to the back for care. The staff was remarkable and professional as well. I got my teeth cleaned with no hassle and was informed of what needs done in the near future. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have great service done.

Was given a run around about appointment three times in a row came here husband missed work for appointment but Everytime was some kind of excuse about this or that. Had proof of appointments but the lady at the front desk never could handle her job and make appointment and keep them. Worst dentist office I have ever been to very unprofessional people here.

Absolutely horrible. They will change your appointment time over and over and won't mention it to you. We keep taking off for our appointments and when we show up they lie and say it's our fault when in reality they don't know what the f they are doing. Unreliable. We will never be back.

The Dentist was real nice and professional, but the waiting time is too long. Five people came in after me and was seen before me, and I have been there two or three times before.

I couldn’t recommend a better place to go. I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a teenagers because I am horrified of them. I mean bad. On my first appt they seemed to noticed my nerves and never did a thing without informing me. I had to have two teeth come out. The woman speaking with me advised me of my options for the day I got my teeth removed, I had a choice of nitro gas or Ativan. I chose to have Ativan. The only problem we had was it was not called in so I got it last minute and wasn’t able to take it on time. I believe because of that when I got there the front desk woman told me they’d give me some gas no charge! So I got on the table very nervous still but then came the gas which made me tingly but I was also feeling better. Every person who checked up on me was very kind and payed attention to my needs. They all made sure I was very comfortable and asked before proceeding with anything. My producer itself was little bad but who likes get teeth pulled, as far as staff they were amazing. They cared about my feelings, they insured me I was doing great. And when it was all over she even helped me walk out. I would highly recommend if you have a fear of the dentist go to this one! Great people!!

Took time off work for my appointment that I made a month in advance, received a text from them reminding me of my appointment then when I show up she told me I had to reschedule because they “weren’t doing cleanings today”. My appointment was for fillings, not a cleaning. When I told her that she said she had put me down for a cleaning so I would still have to reschedule. She also said they called to let me know, which I did have a missed call from them, but when I called them back 7 minutes later they wouldn’t answer the phone.
So it might be a good dentist but I’ll never know considering the front desk isn’t any good at communication.
