My cousin went to the dentist here and Bobby Hastings broke the tip of a drilling file off into her tooth/gum while getting a root canal. The office refused to help pay the end-ontologist to remove the file tip. Furthermore, the tip was drilled so far into her gum that even the endontologist could not remove the whole thing. She is going back for a second visit, (not unitl September 24th) to attempt to remove the rest of the file. The doctor said that if the second attempt was not successful she would have to have surgery. Bobby Hastings' and his office have done nothing at all about this horrible incident, other than yell at my cousin, saying they refuse to help her pay
