The owners and staff of KVDA are not just 'doing my job' kind of people. They are professional AND personable. Customer Experience is the way it is there. One of the owners actually went out, while the customer was having his teeth worked on, and worked on his stalled car. Very welcoming to a person who has been away from the dentist for a while. Also, the office doesnt have that "dentist" smell of latex gloves, which was nice. They offer you a coffee when you walk in! And they spelled out the pricing for me and what would be covered by insurance, which put my mind at ease about the future!
