Needed an emergency appointment due to a cracked tooth and tons of pain. They were so nice an accommodating. Got me in the same day and scheduled me for my root canal the same week. Definitely recommend them! The front staff is also very nice and takes any anxiety away. I absolutely HATE the dentist but it was completely different than what I’ve ever experienced. Don’t wait…make the appointment.

We are new in town, so I found myself looking for a new dentist in the Lewiston area. The staff we spoke with were excellent, and provided our new patient paperwork to us via email ahead of our appointments, which streamlined our visits. I am always a tad nervous when meeting new providers, but this office is superb! There is plenty of parking and the waiting room is comfortable. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienists, and even Dr. Shim, they were all so friendly, upbeat and terrific at their jobs, I felt comfortable immediately. It was really a pleasure! Special shout out to Jen, hygienist extraordinaire, who made me smile and laugh without the use of nitrous oxide! She really is the best. Thanks to you all for such a positive experience!

Very friendly staff and doctor. Everyone is very helpful, and they treat you like a life long patient. At my first visit they didn't give me a hard time about not going to the dentist for a while or speak with a very condescending tone like other dentists have done in the past. I felt much better and relieved because of this, i will definitely be back to this office for future appointments. I highly recommend DR Shin & staff.

Awesome front desk. Couldn't ask for a friendlier and more helpful environment. They have a super team when it comes to dental. They are like the Avengers of dentistry out to save your teeth from decay and keep bad breath away. Dr. Schim is a great guy. Very skilled at his practice and his dental assistant though 😉. My hygienist Jen was awesome. She gave me great advice and really made me feel confident about my teeth. 5 stars doesn't give this place justice. It's a Solid 10 for me.
