Having not been to the dentist is more years than I wish to admit, I was a bit nervous and skeptical of all the "rave reviews" online for this dentist. I mean, really, who LOVES their dentist? Well, after going and getting my fractured tooth fixed, and a cleaning, I am now a Dr LaRiviere fan and am in the "I love my dentist" club. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and just fantastic - and not in an overly, fake way that makes you cringe. It's genuine. I actually enjoyed myself at the dentist - and that isn't any medication talking. Seriously - if you are in this area and looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend Dr Wayne LaRiviere. You will not be disappointed - promise.

His office manager Norma's customer service attitude is appalling. I called to cancel an appointment and her response was " What?!! What do you mean?! Why can't you make it?! That's 3 hours we've held for you this is ridiculous!!!" In a very angry tone set. I didn't even get a chance to explain that there was a death in the family earlier that day. I told her that her attitude was unnecessary and I proceeded to ask what her managers name was and she stated "There is no manager. There is only me I am the boss!" After asking reapeatedly asking her and explaining to her that I will undoubtedly find out what her bosses name was she game it to me. Worst first hand impression I've ever encountered with such a highly rated office.
