Dr. Mesidor and my hygienist Alexis were great! This was the softest most thorough cleanings I’ve ever had. This will definitely be my new dental home.

A very nice and professional dental practice. I was referred to them by a family member because I was in intense pain due to a fractured tooth. My regular dentist was on vacation. DDC took me almost immediately and helped me with the pain management until a course of action could be made to fix the impacted tooth. The dentist was patient and attentive as a new patient referred as an emergency. I had a root canel but the office scheduled everything and coordinated with my health plan. Needless to say this is my new dental practice!

This dental is pretty nice. Dr. Patricia Angole did a great job. I did not feel any pain or uncomfortable during the teeth filling. The teeth cleaning by Ji Moon was nice and gentle. I recommend this dental care.

My wife and I came here for routine dental cleanings, and we really appreciated how friendly the staff and doctor were. They were very considerate of our comfort during the process, and we will definitely come back again.

I find that the front desk needs improvement with customer service before and after receiving dental treatments or services.

The hygienist are good with explaining oral health. I cannot remember the temporary hygienist that serviced me today 07 Jun 2021 but she was very thorough and thoughtful with making sure all procedures were explained to me as well as education on dental hygiene.

Dr Islam, seemed hurried and did not answer or address my questions in a manner that helped me to understand what was happening in my mouth. It would’ve been better if he had not even come in the exam room. He hurried me off onto the hygienist to answer my concerns about my dental concerns and options. I pretty much had no part in the decision-making options or Options overall except to accept his outlined treatment plan.

Overall my visits become more and more concerning. For instance I was advised to buy a water pik to replace flossing about 2 preventative appointments ago. I was told that flossing was found to damage the gums in some cases. I came back for my 6 month follow up and was told that my gums look perfect due to use of water pik. Today’s follow-up after having continued to use the water pik. I was advised by hygienist that my gums didn’t look healthy and the hygienist showed me during the cleaning what she was digging out and recommended that I use floss and water pik. Although I’m following the recommendations given at my dental checkups-every six months I have a new tooth to be filled, pulled or crowned.

The billing has always been quite complex and misleading in my opinion. I thought it was just me until today when I observed a couple of other customers with same concerns of complexity. I would recommend that the office hire a certified professional accountant to address billing issues or a certified administrator to handle the front desk.

Dr J is a great listener regarding dental issues but is not always available.

This review was not meant to be negative but to serve as a means to improve customer satisfaction. Dr J is an outstanding dentist! The office services need some attention as well as better communication by front desk.

The people working here are Amazing! They are very caring and nice. The wait time is very short and they are very organized and clean. Best Dentist I’ve ever been to. I definitely recommend this place!

I have been a lifelong patient of Dr. J since I was in elementary school. All of the hygienist are wonderful to work with and I always feel like I receive the best treatment and customer service. 10/10 recommend Dynamic Dental for all dental needs.
