Like most, I've been to my fair share of doctors. Dr. Robbins and his staff have given me my first and only 5 star medical experience of my life.

Firstly, they were extremely thorough during my initial visit. They did the usual x-rays and examination of my teeth. However, they did several unique things, such as rate the gum health of each tooth and measured my bite.

The best part about Auburn Dental is their transparency. The dental hygienist (Melanie, who is great by the way) explained what she was doing each step of the way. Also they have an extremely cool digital set up that shows your x-rays and photos of your teeth on high resolution monitors right in front of you. They can even expand each picture one at a time.

My favorite part was after my exam Dr. Robbins took me to a comfortable room where we sat down and went over my oral health in great detail; starting with your gum health, tooth health and my bite, which I came to learn is vital to longterm tooth health. (How come no other dentist ever shared this stuff with me?) During this consultation, Dr. Robbins had my digital file open, so he could discuss specific concerns with me. This was truly enlightening.

Additional, you should know that the dental hygienists and staff are stellar, starting with their office manager Dedra. They are personable, professional, and what you most want from a dentist: sterile/hygienic and gentle.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Mehesh and his assistant. They completely calmed my nerves, and kept me amazingly comfortable; which is hard to do while having 2 crowns. Thank you so much, and look forward to being with you for years.

Doctor Robbins is a great dentist. He tells you what's going on. Keeps you informed is pleasant and professional. He knows what he is doing and gets it done in a timely manner

I had a wonderful experience at Auburn Dental Group. Dr Litwin was very personable as well as his staff. He explained everthing and my implant procedure went well and tobvb was pretty much pain free. I will definely go back to Dr Litwin if necessart, but hopefully I won't have too. My thanks to Auburn Dental. Great job.

Having dental problems is not a thing you want to talk about but my experience at Auburn Dental was painless and very informative i would go back again.

After a childhood fear turned into a full blown dental phobia, I was desperate to find dental care that would help me work past my anxiety and get the care I had put off for many years. This dental practice was my saving grace. Jill, Ann, and Deirdre chatted with me frequently and often and checked in on me when I had anxieties about some extensive work I needed done. Dr. Mahesh and Zelly took time to just meet with me and talk about the ways we could approach my care that was sensitive to my needs and budget. This office truly changed my life. I look forward to coming in to see the staff here. I no longer fear dentists and I am smiling bigger than I have in over a decade. No matter how long it has been or how much fear you have or work you may need, I HIGHLY recommend coming to Auburn Dental!

My hygienist Sadie is awesome. So professional and nice. She takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist. The Auburn dental group is lucky to have her.

Extremely disappointed in the scam artists that run this place. Recommended unnecessary procedures that cost way more than they claimed it would.. didn't go through proper procedures with my insurance to make sure it would be covered. Tried multiple attempts to explain this to them on the phone, and got nowhere. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth put me in so much pain (of which I have NEVER experienced before with a cleaning) I dreaded returning. Finally I found a nice, new dental office in town that treats their patients with respect and the upmost care.

As dentist go, I guess they are fair to middling. Every time I or my husband go there they want to add expensive procedures to our care. Although, admittedly, both of our teeth are not in optimal condition. Maybe the procedures are necessary, maybe not. I have no way of knowing. My husband had expensive procedures to do a bone graft on his upper jaw for the purpose of getting implants. The procedure was done at Worcester Periodontics, in conjunction with Auburn Dental Group. When it was time for the implants, the dentist at Worcester Periodontics didn't think there would be enough room for the implants.
Dr Robbins actually recommended grinding down a tooth on my husband's bottom jaw and crowning that tooth to make room for the implants. That didn't work. It was just an added expense. Why this wasn't noticed before starting the whole thing was something that was never answered to my satisfaction. After about a year of going back and forth and visiting an orthodontist to see if braces would make enough room for the implants, my husband was finally given a refund. .
Now a new dentist from this practice is recommending an appliance that would widen my husband's jaw and maybe, just maybe, give him enough room for the implants, but at a huge expense. Also, they seem to have a revolving door, when it comes to the longevity of their dentists. The dentists both I and my husband started out with are both gone. After this experience, I don't really trust anything they say. I am actively looking for a new dentist in my area.
