I recently switched to McLaughlin Family Dentists in Leominster after changing dental insurance companies. I could not be happier with the move. Dr Ian is very knowledgeable, patient, and good at his job. He genuinely listens to his patients and works with them to tailor the best treatment plan possible for their needs and budget. On top of that both he and his staff are the most friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to people on the planet! Misty at the front desk is awesome. She is always smiling, upbeat, and super helpful.

I must say that Dr. McLaughlins dentist office has been the greatest so far. Everybody on his team has been wonderful, knowledgeable and very kind. I went in originally due to a broken bottom molar just day's before Thanksgiving and they did a fantastic temporary repair before I could have my root canal done (which was difficult to schedule during the Covid pandemic). They answered all of my questions and helped me to stay calm since I just started having heart problems right before this happened. After meeting the staff, i decided to set them as my primary care dentist and they have been doing a fantastic job with repairing my molar. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Simply put, Dr. McLaughlin is the best dentist I've ever had. He's friendly, the staff is great, and it's very easy to feel comfortable, and get great advice on how best to take care of your pearly whites during your visit. I've been to quite a few dentists in my time, and Dr. McLaughlin has been the only one where I don't feel even remotely hesitant to show up for my appointments lol.

I searched for a while for a quality dentist and tried one other place in Leominster and had a very bad experience. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist ever. While I got my teeth cleaned and X-rays done, she watched my baby (2 months) for me. Her and the dental hygienist both took turns holding and singing to my baby while I was with the dentist. Dr. McLaughlin spent so much time with me and made me feel very cared for. Overall, my experience was far above any of my expectations. I am in love with each member of the team. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This is probably the friendliest place I've ever been. Had to find a new dentist after 30 years at my old one. Just too much turnover in recent years. Called here and was welcomed with open arms. Dr. McLaughlin does an amazing job. Thorough and you'll never find a dentist more honest than him. Proud to say I have found a new home! Kudos to the whole crew there!!!

So i have had many bad experiences with different dentists offices and because of that I had avoided going for a least 10 years. I finally realized I needed to face my fears and finally take care of myself so I decided on Dr Mclaughlin's office to try out and see how I felt. From the moment I walked in my fears were put to rest. Misty who is the receptionist was incredibly helpful and super nice. The technician and Dr Mclaughlin were very nice and told me the plan of action to fix my issues. I was expecting a lecture about my current condition or not going to the dentist for over a decade but instead I was welcomed for coming in even though I was so afraid. Everyone is amazing and they always make me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Dr Mclaughlin's office to everyone I know.

I will keep it simple. If your looking for a dental practice that has the most up to date capabilities along with a staff that is second to none look no further! Dr. Ian is hands down the best dentist I have been to in the past 30+ years. His staff is incredible and fun! My family actually looks forward to going to the dentist as do I. Very fair with costs and always putting the client first!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ian McLaughlin for the past 2 years. Dr. Ian is by far the best dentist that I've worked with. Dr. Ian always takes the time to explain the procedure that I'm having, which makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ian answers any and all of the questions that I may have. I never feel rushed and he is always fully present when he is with me.
