I went to Epic Dental for braces and was very happy with Dr. Mahaffey. He is so nice and explains everything during the entire treatment. Any questions or concerns that you may have are responded to/handled immediately. Jess and Kelly, two orthodontic assistants, are excellent. Also, the front desk staff is very friendly and professional.

We have been taking our family to Epic Dental for 15 years. We have been through first teeth, braces, fillings, cleanings, crowns, route canals, you name it we’ve been through it
We have never had less than an excellent experience with any and all of the providers there. In addition, the space is spotless, I mean it is clean beyond any expectation. The hygienist are wonderful, the dentists are kind, personable and spend all the time that you need with you. The Intake staff at the front desk our understanding and accommodating when making and changing appointments.

This is the best place. Friendly and accommodating staff with scheduling appointments. Really appreciate the care for orthodontics and for regular checkups. Receptionists, schedulers, dentist and dental hygienists are very friendly easy to talk to and make the appointments less stressful. It is so nice to have one thing not to be stressed over with everything going on in today’s world.

Dr. McCarthy and Tiffany (hygienist) are two of the nicest humans you’ll ever meet. They don’t force you to have that conversation where you say you floss every night religiously, while both of you know that’s a lie. I love it there, as much as one can love going to the dentist!

I’m petrified of dentists but Dr MacCarthy has been keeping me coming back by being careful and explaining all she’s doing. Tiffany is my hygienist and the only reason I have teeth left. She is wonderful and tells me about what the dentist will do. I have been with Epic family dentistry for more than 20 years and plan to stay with them. They are very careful with my sensitive teeth. The waiting area is huge and clean...and empty!! I'm a new patient so I showed up early and they took me right away after my super fast new patient sign in. They had already contacted my dental insurance company so they had all the data they needed. My cleaning went well. They have a lot of great equipment so I could see photos of the back of my teeth! They took their time and explained things to me. I require some additional dental work and am not afraid at all. I must admit that I was concerned that they would try to talk me into services I didn't need because it was so slick - but no way!! Their recommendations were conservative. I was grateful.
I have now been a patient for a few years and am still very pleased. Excellent COVID protocol. Just got my second crown with no issues at all. Dr. McCarthy is great!
