My hygienist Kathy was very informative and nice. I appreciated her walking through everything, instead of just saying “open wide!” She would say, “next what I’m going to do is...”. And she explained everything in a way I could understand, using pictures and models when needed. The ladies at the front desk were brightly and cheery and patient with me when I had questions about costs and insurance. I would recommend this office!

I have been going to Dentistry by Design for several years and have always been treated wonderfully, but I was still very nervous about bringing my toddler in for the first time. Betty did such an amazing job making him feel comfortable. Not a tear was shed and he's spent the last day telling everyone how much fun the dentist is. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel very comfortable. The Dentist and his Technicians explained thoroughly all of the processes to be used to rectify my ailment. The biggest thing I liked is that they listened to me and made me to feel that I was in control of all decision making as to choices regarding my treatment. For whatever reason, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist which makes it difficult for me even walk into a dentist office. However, I am thrilled to have found Dentistry by Design! The staff, particularly Jen, is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE; so kind, welcoming, funny and positive.
