Where do I begin.... From the moment I walked in to Bright Side Dental, I felt like I was in amazing hands! The staff there was undeniably comforting and walked me through the whole process for my Zoom teeth whitening treatment! I was nervous about my whitening treatment as my gums can be quite sensitive at times and in the past, I tended to have pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist. But the whole process was a complete breeze and the staff consistently checked in with me to see how I was doin. I got through it with no problem at all!....and the results.... WOW! I mean WOW!! You would never know that I drink a couple cups of coffee everyday like a caffeine gremlin. Evica and Myah were AMAZING and super friendly! They answered all my questions and tended to me with the upmost care! I also have to thank Dr. Jankovich for checking in on me as well and making sure I was satisfied with my results! Seriously, If I could rate my experience at this office a 10 on here, I would! I highly recommend you check out Bright Side Dental for your next dental visit and would definitely recommend trying the Zoom whitening treatment. Trust me... You won't regret it!

Horrible,expensive....$32,000 for horses teeth, breaking, falling out, pain, infection. Patient told it was all in his head. Still paying to have it all redone . Anyone can clean, exam and X-ray. They were horrible. They were recommended by a prominent business person and unknowing to her, because she would have made sure they fixed it. No recommendation ever. Anyone have a lawyer to recommend, if not, l have a few in mind. Unbelievable. They keep saying they’ll be in touch, but no one has made the effort. 🙁☹️☹️☹️☹️

Just completed my first ever teeth whitening experience with Zoom. The technician was Great! She answered all of my questions and I see a huge difference already. Looking forward to using the home kit and maintaining these pearly whites!

First appt was great because of Dr. B? I think that was his name. Plus the staff and assistants were kind. Even though, after leaving, I realized the fluoride treatment was not done.
Second appt, not so much. First guy telling my daughter to follow directions, talking ridiculously fast. Then the doctor spending 5 minutes tops. Had to walk behind her asking questions.
You know that bad feeling you get in your stomach as a mom? Like this is a bad decision?
I would rather go elsewhere and pay out of pocket. Can't assume people's situations.

I started coming to this dentist 15 years ago. I married and moved from the area, but now I have been back the past two years and love it here again. All the staff from the front desk, hygienists, assistants and dentists are super friendly and professional.

First time to this office and my first impression was very clean office, professional and friendly staff. This was after they opened fully from COIVD-19 and i felt very safe. Signed in, took temp and all! I was greeted by a very kind and helpful assistant named Katelynn. She had let me know Jen would be doing my cleaning and was very polite. Jen did an amazing job and was very down to earth. I was able to also talk to Evica which explained treatment plans to me and helped me to fully understand everything in detail. Dr Neme also did an amazing job on fixing a tooth i had a small chip in which has been bothering me for years. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for dental work!

Dr. Neme gave me the confidence to smile. I had two brown spots on my front two top teeth that were underdeveloped from when I was sick as a kid that would never go away. I tired every at home remedy I could to get rid of the spots but nothing helped. I eventually made the decision to see what could be done to cosmetically to fix my problem. I had plenty of consults with doctors who told me veneers were my only option but at such a young age I didn't want to have to sacrifice my perfectly healthy teeth. Finally when I saw Dr. Neme he was my saving grace. He told me I didn't need veneers and that he could correct the spots with bonding. When he fixed my teeth I was so overjoyed I couldn't stop smiling and looking at them. For the first time in over 20 years I finally saw a white smile and my front teeth without brown spots. Dr. Neme and Nicole were amazing during the whole process and were so happy with how it turned out. The best part of all was just seeing how happy they both were with how overjoyed I was looking at my teeth. Dr. Neme if you read this thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have given me a reason to constantly smile!

Bright Side Dental Sterling Heights was absolutely AWESOME. From a person who fears the dentist, the staff was simply amazing. DR. Gershonowicz is a true professional with a calming influence. The girls at the front desk, the dental assistants and the billing department all made my experience a very pleasurable one. I would give them 6 stars if it was allowable. I would highly highly recommend.........

Just to start by saying how excellent all the staff members are from the front desk women, to the dental assistants, to the dental hygienists to the dentists . They are all attentive to your needs and are always at your side. The rooms are so modern and clean. It’s amazing how technology has changed for all the dental equipment. Do yourself a favor and bring all your kids and family to see DR neme and Dr. Gershonowicz, and the rest of the staff, they will take excellent care of you as they always do for me ! Everyone here was so nice. I called that morning complaining about bad tooth pain and they got me in right away that morning. First time ever coming to this dentist and it’s a 40 minute drive for me but I don’t think I’m going to go to any other dentist but this one. They fixed my tooth pain made sure I was comfortable every second of the way. Great company
