I've been going here for about 8 years. I moved about 25 minutes away and thought I should change dentists to somewhere closer to me. Well, I did and ended up right back at Ling asking them to validate what the other dentist had reported. The level of comfort I feel at Ling is beyond any other dentist I've ever gone to. I'll be driving the 25 minutes (without traffic) a couple times a year just to get that 'family' feeling. I appreciate all of the workers there. They are just lovely!

Was there for six month check up and annual x-rays. Did not have to wait. As always all personnel were professional and friendly. Dr. Michael Ling has maintained the highest professional standards and friendly, family atmosphere that Ling Family Dentistry has always been known for.

I have done a regular cleaning and I would like the way Lisa a Dental Hygienist has done her job, very detail, delicate and very low discomfort, she makes the visit to dentist way easier and more comfortable which is amazing, I really suggest you ask for her.

We recently moved from out of state to Blaine and I had a tooth that was bothering me, being new to the area and not knowing anybody I did some searching for a new Dentist and thought that after checking out some of the Dentists on line that I would give Dr. Ling a try. Well I found my new Dentist in Dr. Ling. Stopped to see if I could get into see him and in a short time later my tooth was just like new. Big thank you to Dr. Ling and the staff.

Had the pleasure of going to dental school with Dr. Walgenbach. He is a great guy and an excellent dentist. He was by far the hardest working person in our class, all of his patients loved him, and he graduated with high academic honors. I would have given five stars if this review were based only on the positive dental care that I've received. However, an experience from a few months ago left me so irritated that I can't get past it enough to schedule the next appointment that I'm now overdue for. Allow me to set the scene. It's January. I'm sick with something that I believe is just a cold. I have a dentist appointment coming up, but I can suffer through the inconvenience and I'll turn the corner any day now, anyway. After 8 or 9 days of TLC I'm not feeling any better. The day of my 7am appointment arrives and I just can't do it, so I ask my husband to call and let them know that I can't make it. I know there is no chance for someone else to fill my last minute opening, and I feel bad about that. By day 10 I finally visit the doctor and am treated with antibiotics for a sinus infection. A few days later, I receive a letter from Ling Family Dentistry preaching about how my dentist and hygienists put so much time and effort into preparing my room and equipment and how so many deserving people could have (nay, desperately would have) taken my appointment time if only I had given more notice. How their business depends on a full appointment schedule and suffers when people carelessly skip their appointments. I'm paraphrasing, but I'm not exaggerating the tone. In a similar experience, my husband got stuck in traffic, arrived at his appointment 10 minutes late, and was treated with hostility by the receptionist. I know that the mistake was mine, and I'm not proud of the inconvenience that I caused. Many of my fellow reviewers complaining about the lack of available appointments would agree with me. But that letter was just too much; I don't think I deserved it; and I just don't know if I can go back.
