The new office is beautiful and very relaxing. My kids love going and I love bringing them. Thanks to Dr. Tori and her entire staff for making a trip to the dentist a treat instead of a chore.

YAY! My anxious 7 year old finally let you guys clean her teeth today after 3 years of anxiety winning. Dr. Conrad said to just stick with coming in and not pushing it and she was RIGHT! So happy with you guys and your new place is AMAZING!! Kids absolutely loved turning in their tokens for a prize. SUCH a great idea!! Thanks again!

So impressive - my son had a 'sugar bug' (aka cavity) and he came out of his first dentist appointment liking the dentist! The hygienists and dentist could not have been more caring and truly engaged about my son, his interests, and how he was doing every step of the way. We will be back!

Have been at Tweet for Two years, The environment was great and I thought it would be a good fit for my children. We had a sedation procedure done on my 3 year old and it went Ok. We came home and the sedation effects were terrible. Now in for more cavities and refused sedation this time and Dr.Tori was not happy with that decision. Once that decision was made by us she lost all compassion, patience and was trying to rush my daughter through the procedure without even talking to her. She didn't give more than 3 minutes on Nitrous for our daughter to relax and jumped in, our daughter had some tears and Dr. Tori made it worse by talking about how Joise will have to be hospitalized if she cant finish with the procedure, all that was done was nitrous and a little numbing jelly. Josie wiggles her legs a little and Dr. Tori threw her gloves off and said she is refusing to proceed. She yelled at me in front of my daughter and was very rude. She said it would be too traumatizing to proceed. We feel the last sedation was traumatizing already and yelling at her mother would be also. Tweet is more for the business than it is for the patients and families! We have contacted other pediatric dentists and that only use sedation if they HAVE to!

We love Dr. Conrad, her staff and the office. When my son, at the time 5-yr old, had a tooth accident on a Sunday, I left the office a voicemail and she called me back right away to help. I was super thankful that she cared so much. Highly recommend.

My kids had a negative experience with their first dentist visits, (not Tweet). They were very much afraid to go back. But after trying Tweet, they are no longer afraid of the dentist and actually like going there! Big difference to have a place with patience and catering to children. Wow!!

What a terrific experience. Since we changed our insurance we have run into some frustrations finding a dentist. Tweet Dentistry made my daughter feel welcome and excited to have two teeth pulled. The whole process was easy from setting up the appointment to choosing a prize from the toy wall.

Thank you for making my shy little girl feel comfortable with her regular checkup and sharing in her excitement with getting rid of her pacifier since her last visit!! Thanks for explaining everything for us with all three kids getting their checkups done at the same time it feels great knowing they are all in very capable hands even if we have to divide and conquer!! SO appreciative!!

My children always love coming to their dental appointments. They actually get excited for them, which is very unusual for children. Tweet and their staff always are very welcoming and make their patients comfortable. The prize dispensing machines are a helpful touch.

My kids had the most heart warming experience here. Their prior experience at a previous pediatric dentist was traumatizing for all so I was nervous initially taking them here. Both kids were leery walking in but all of the staff put them at ease and worked with them to make them feel safe and comfortable.
