Excellent care provided today. Very happy with how well and quickly they tended to my needs. Now if only the tooth fairy could make the bill go away. Would add a smiley face here!

Very poor service. Dr Carter knew of my husbands bad tooth, “deadened” the nerve of the tooth which didn’t help, and told him to come back. Today, the day before his appointment to extract the infected and rotting tooth, he received a call he needed to be seen by an oral surgeon. My husband is in agony and has been for months and the day before, he finds out he can’t be seen til nearly March by a specialist. Why did it take til the day before to notify us of this? What changed that wasn’t discussed? Not to mention the quality of Dr Carter’s work deteriorates within months. And yelling at my 6 year old who physically cannot fit bite wings in her mouth for being “difficult”. We have had enough for the poor service by Dr Carter (the assistants and hygienists are great though) and will be seeing the compassionate Dr. Hagley from now on.

The lady at the desk was so rude and I was in pain and they were suppose to have fixed it but I was in more pain the next day! Absolutely the worst experience at the dentist I've ever had!

Fixed my busted tooth and made an appointment at another place to get it removed. Other than the anxiety of my tooth getting fixed; everyone was nice.
