I was very satisfied with the care I received from Angie (Dental Hygienist) and Dr Hill. I was upset/uneasy about not receiving the Dental Hygienist I regularly have and I was NOT informed about her leaving and receiving someone else. It would have been much appreciated to have been notified of this change.
However, I want to say ‘Thank you so much Angie’ for your thoughtfulness and understanding my concerns and being open/honest with me. You made me feel comfortable and openly answered any questions I had - I greatly appreciated that and look forward to having you as my Dental Hygienist.
