Absolutely the best! Everything I have experienced with Dr. Rizvi and team is nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Rizvi has done a complete smile make over for me and the look is gorgeous and appears very natural. He is a true talent and I strongly recommend for any major, minor or cosmetic procedure!

Been coming here for 20+ years since I was a kid. Very unhappy with the service I've received past few weeks, as there has been issue after issue. First, there was issues with scheduling, and I was able to work around that and be accommodating. Then I came to do a simple pickup on a thrus got there at 4:50p (they close at 6) and everything was dark and no one was there! There were no signs on the door or courtesy call saying they would be closing earlier than normal due to a "power outage" they claimed when I finally heard back from them. So anytime I have scheduled something with them something goes wrong and the service is not up to par. Been to this dental office since I was young, but these are signs that I most definitely need to look for a different one.

After many years with a different dental office, my family switched to Dentistry by Design last fall. DBD was more conveniently located, the online information was very positive, and the full range of available in-house services all made the switch a relatively easy decision. When I discovered that I needed a new crown, Dr. Rizvi & his staff made the dental "ordeal" pleasant. Encouraged by my enthusiastic reports, my daughter arranged to have her four wisdom teeth surgically removed. She absolutely HATES dentists and had put off this procedure for years. Dr. Rizvi and the terrific DBD team made the experience painless and stress-free--a major accomplishment. Tonight my relieved daughter is resting comfortably with puffy cheeks and no wisdom teeth. Hurray for DBD!

Dr. Schwartz is great, as is the whole team there. I don't know how expensive it is though. That's not a slam; I honestly don't know how the prices compare to other dentists (higher, lower, the same?), which is my fault, not theirs. In terms of quality of service though, I have been very happy.

They over charged me on 2 occasions. You can get the same quality for less and not have to fight over the charges. I had to have a cap that I got there glued on and when I talked to them on the phone I was told it would be no cost. When it was done they charged $150 and said insurance wouldn't cover any of this. Other dentists quoted $75 and $100 before insurance. I was surprised when the insurance did pay $55, but it would have cost less elsewhere. My son had the same problem when they decided not to take the plan he was on when told before the work was done it would be covered.

Best dental experience I have ever had! I am new to the area and this was my first time going to Dr. Schwartz. Normally I avoid the dentist at all costs, but I can honestly say that Dr. Schwartz and Patti have made me rethink that. Great staff and very caring people. Thank you!

Terrible experience here. They totally ripped me off. First I was told I’d be paying 15000, and when I returned they requested another 2000. Salina was rude, and unprofessional. Zero customer service, I will not be returning.
