Staff was very nice and professional. Only saw the dentist for five minutes but he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth for two hours was very sweet and competent and I didn't feel like I was being judged for my not so good dental hygiene. Music that was being played in the background was very relaxing and made me feel more comfortable while getting my teeth worked on. Overall a good experience and the price with my insurance was very reasonable. No complaints to be had. Will continue to use Ascend for my dental needs.

I have severe anxiety and every time I have been in the staff has been wonderful. They are very patient with me and take the time to make sure I know exactly what to expect. They have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and have taken extra time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone is very friendly, yet remain professional. I had teeth pulled and crowns put in and both procedures went smoothly.

Today was my first visit to Ascend Dental Design. I was a bit apprehensive, having decided to change dental practices after more than 15 years. The decision to change could not have been better rewarded. From the kind and helpful folks in reception to my new favorite dental hygienist, I felt welcomed, appreciated, listened to, and professionally cared for. The evaluation was thorough, and the treatment recommendations sound. They've earned my trust. The facilities and equipment are top-notch, just like everyone I encountered there. A 5-star first impression.

Today may have been my 4th or 5th visit (second cleaning); staff continues to excel at being friendly, kind, competent, and helpful. Still rate 5 stars!

Teeth cleaning is one thing; tooth removal is in a completely "other" category. Ascend Dental still rates 5 stars: from the cheerful and friendly front desk to the nicely appointed exam room, they know their stuff, and they know how to treat patients with cheerful compassion.

I was very nervous today as I haven't been to the dentist in some time and this was the first time going to Ascend Dental Design. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. They greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in the door and already knew my name before I said a word. My hygienist(not sure if that is her title or not) was very nice and professional. She seemed very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of what she needed me to do. Dr. Magers was extremely polite and kind. He made me feel much better about how I felt about my teeth and made sure I understood everything and answered every question I had. Previous dentists have made me not want to return to the dentist but not this one. I never felt rushed, judged, or out of place. The other reviews are spot on. They really are amazing here. As much as I thought I didn't like going to the dentist, in one simple exam, I'm actually looking forward to going to Ascend and getting my teeth fixed, getting the smile I've always wanted, and having Ascend as my place for dental work from now on. If you are self conscious about your teeth or have had bad experiences with Dentist offices who make you feel bad, are rude, try to rush through things to get you in and out, don't answer your questions or ask you questions, or have just in general left a bad taste in your mouth(pun intended) give Ascend a try. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and the polite, friendly, professional staff! I very much look forward to going here for years to come! I have been a satisfied client of Ascend Dental Design for 26 years. I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere. The entire staff is super friendly, very professional, and always willing to work with you. I have always had huge anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Dorman and his staff have always put me at ease. They are very patient and understanding. The quality of work performed is exceptional. I am a Registered Nurse and knowing the extent of what goes into their craft, I am always pleased with the end-product. I cannot recommend Ascend Dental Design highly enough.

I love this place so much!! The whole staff is amazing and Dr. Dorman is hands down the very best in his field! He truly cares about each need and he will actually explain what is going on.

My visit this week was due to an old crown coming out!! Not my idea of fun, but the staff here made me very comfortable. From the minute I walked in the door greeted by their friendly receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist. Without a doubt this is the best dental office I have been in. I highly recommend Ascend Dental - Springfield or in Branson West, which is the office we go to.

I had not taken the best care of my teeth growing up, and although I made it to adulthood with little dental issues, since my early 20's I've had several significant issues that were necessary to take care of. I've been to the walk-in clinics several times, and as a general rule, I was rushed through the process and felt like I was at a DMV, rather than a health care facility. What I love the most about Ascend is that almost instantly, you feel like a friend to everyone you meet there. They treat you like a good family would, not just a name on a list like you get at other offices. The entire staff is very professional, and the dentists, hygienists, and assistants are all impressively knowledgeable regarding their expertise, respectively. My hygienist, Nicole, basically gave me a tour of my mouth, and I left feeling much more informed about what things I needed to do in the future to take care of my dental hygiene. Another thing I really appreciate is just the atmosphere and quality of the building itself. It's comfortable, and inviting, almost like you're at home in your living room! Definitely recommend, and I'm sure once you've been there, you will too!

Amazing place! Best dentist I have ever gone to, and I have been to at least 5 different places throughout my life. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. They also geniunely care about your well-being and how you are doing. They make sure you are extremely comfortable before proceeding with whatever they may be doing. They also did a great job on cleaning my teeth! 10/10 Recommend
